Avi Airport Hotel

The hotel is very close to the airport so ideal if you need a hotel prior to a flight.

Food offered was not the best.

The whole atmosphere of the AVI Hotel is warm, friendly, comfortable, and graceful. Although a budget hotel, the staff makes you feel like you're staying at a Hyatt. In fact, I just did a night before in Dallas. The AVI was more than comparable in friendliness, efficiency, and cleanliness, which adds up to comfort.

We choose the Avi Airport Hotel from booking.com because it is the nearest hotel from airport we can find. We arrived nearly at 23:00 at Ha Noi Airport and will take a 10:20 flight back to Shanghai. The Avi Airport Hotel is like only 5 mins by drive to the airport and the staff of hotel helped us to arrange a taxi picking up from the airport. When we were checking in, the manager found that the next day is one of our friend's birthday, so he dicided to offer us a free taxi next morning to send us there. We were very pleased to stay in Avi airportview hotel as our final stop in Vietnam of this trip. By the way, the home made noodle soup was awesome as breakfast as well.

Perfect location.Very fiendly staff. The hotel is good for 1 night. We had 10 hours between our flights and it was very convenient to stop here. 5-7 min way to the airport for 5$ and 2$ for simple breakfast. Staff helped us with luggage carrying and was fast with checking in / out.

Close proximity to Hanoi airport

We were arriving late and departing early the next morning. Whilst not the hotels fault as such, it was very difficult getting a taxi from the airport. I was under the impression that the hotel were providing a "driver" to meet us. What they did provide was a member of staff to assist us in getting a taxi. This took over an hour. Next morning despite mentioning we needed to leave at 05:45, at 05:40 there was no sign of any staff or taxi and the hotel was all locked up!! Quote a stressful stay really.

Convenient to airport esp. for transit. Friendly staff. Homely atmosphere. Room small but clean and tidy. Internet very good.

Even tough there was no electricity, the staff did all they could for us. He even bought food (cheap and delicius). We didnt have to wake up early to catch our plane

There was a Karaoke in front of the hotel. But i was so tired that it didnt bother me. The matresses could be better.

I was very impressed with this hotel, we were given a twin room and it turned out was two double beds-very happy about that! We were also stranded by the side of the road by our taxi who dropped us off at the wrong hotel, and the owner of the Avi Hotel paid for our taxi to his hotel and supplied us with drinks when we got there. Very accomodating and provided good dinner and internet and printing services.

Tutto! ....Di positivo c'è solo stato il fatto che stava vicino all'aeroporto e per fortuna era qello che a noi interessava; il prezzo pagato è esageratamente alto se rapportato a tutti gli altri alberghi dove abbiamo soggiornato (tutti di qualita superiore!)

Staff very helpful. Location is handy close to airport and they have thier own car. While room is not great that is not the prioirty, location is.

friendly helpful staff (who even helped us procure some bia hoi next door) and surprisingly good breakfast. Our room was also large and very good value for money.

Nice friendly family owners, rooms are OK, close to airport (2-3km) - good hotel to spend a night waiting for interconnecting flights.

Far from Hanoi center if you want to visit it (28km) and quite expensive comparing to other hotels of similar standards in Hanoi area (but at least taxi to airport is cheap from Avi Hotel).

I spent one night in the "Avi Airport Hotel" between my flights. Location is really comfortable - only 5 minute from the airport by taxi. I had ordered transfer, it cost only 5$. a big room, fresh and tasty breakfast. I have only positive opinion about this hotel and I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

It is a great place to be near the airport when your flight is early next day. Staff is very friendly, they make you feel comfortable and make sure you got all you need.

Close to airport and arrange taxi to airport for only $5 and can arrange pick up from city centre for only $12

Overpriced for what you get. A tv with poor picture, a conputer that doesnt work properly and we also found half a pineapple under our bed! Moreover, a shower/bath that did not have working hot water.
