Beautiful Saigon 3 Hotel    

Hotel is nice, very centrally located, and room is comfortable. Staff were really friendly.

Been to Vietnam 3 times but first time at this hotel, location excellent nice quiet down an alley way, booked out trips through the hotel, staff helped us with all our neads would stay at this hotel again

Staff were amazing, always trying to help. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is really well located, at walking distance from the most important places in Ho Chi Minh.

The room they gave us did not have any windows (happens quite often in Ho Chi Minh City due to buildings being closed to each other). Breakfast was ok but we had to ask several times for more coffee or more tea as no refill was proposed automatically by the staff.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, good breakfasts. Spotless room and bathroom with everything in v good condition. A/c, safe, wifi all worked well.

This is the perfect hotel for older travellers, who don't need or want 5 star clinical western style hotel experiences. The staff were wonderful, professional and always friendly with great language skills. The walk in shower was great, and the room we had was a very good size. We specifically asked for a room in the top floors, as we knew it would be noisy at night. but after a busy day seeing the sites of HCMC we we slept really well. The location is perfect for all tourist needs - eateries, Ben Thanh Market, and taxis are always available. This Simple hotel seems to have worked out a Perfect formula for a great budget Hotel. If I was staying in town again I wouldn't even consider another venue. Their small in house restaurant was great for a simple lunch or breakfast, with a menu which put other, more expensive hotels to shame. the staff who served us there were friendly helpful and efficient. storing our luggage for two - three hours was no problem.

The street was too narrow for taxis to drop you off at the door. this was really only an issue when we first arrived and weren't sure where to go - carting suitcases. But it is only a short walk, and staff will always order a taxi for you and render assistance with luggage when leaving.

This hotel is excellent value for money and situated in a lovely little back street in the very lively backpacking district of Saigon. A walk away from the main attractions. Great staff-very helpful and friendly. Room was small but had everything I needed -wifi, en suite bathroom, minibar, TV. Would highly recommend.
