Blue Ocean Resort    

The hotel was a short walk from some of the main bars in Mui Ne. The staff's English wasnt the best we have come across but you could get by. Its a quiet resort so if you are young and hoping for a bit life in the hotel this may not be the one for you.

I was locked out of my room twice as the key didnt work and the bathroom door didnt open from the inside. Some works required to bring this back to a good 4*. However, a good hotel.

There wasn't a lot not to like

Great location on the beach. The hotel literature shows a quiet front to the hotel but it is actually on a lively street. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and locals are very helpful - plus they are not pushy.

Hotel literature was a bit out of date in places (e.g. there was only one food place in operation on site) and swimming was only possible in the morning due to rough seas in the afternoon.

The design is great, the pool is good, the beach is clean

Spacious, nicely furnished and very clean rooms.

The cleanliness really stops at the door of your room, already the stairs to our room and also equipment at the pool and breakfast area would need more attention. Value for money could be better.

No hand douche in the toilet or in the shower, only a rain shower, so not easy to wash the behind after sitting on the toilet.

We requested via email if there is the bash (not a shower) in the room, and administrator of the hotel confirmed that there will be the bash in our room. But at the arrival we were surprised to find that the bath does not present in our room. We asked to change the room since all photos and email confirmed that the bath presents in each room of this price, but administrator refused our request. Also we tried to change the booking dates (when we were already in the hotel) to leave the hotel two days early, but administrator also said that this is impossible and the hotel cannot return our money for these two days (this is very strange since we asked about this at the arrival, in advance, 2 weeks before the departure). Administration of the hotel required us to change the booking dates via booking.com. We tried to contact with booking.com site in order to change the booking dates, but there was the answer that administration of the hotel (the same administration!!!) declined the request.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel is in the middle of the tourist zone. This is a european hotel among the other russian hotels.

Personal of this hotel speaks english very poor. You must check money a few times if you change it in the reception.

the nice atmosphere

- Great location in the middle of MuiNe resort, close to all restaurants, water sports centers - Beautiful territory and friendly staff - Good beach part (no stones/rocks) - Not so crowded as other hotels

- Bring your shower gel, as they provide only soap - it's good they provide mosquito killing electronic device, not good that they don't change the active element during your stay, so it stops working after 2-3 days. Demand for a new one - on our last day we noticed that too late (all housekeeping left already), so we had to use terrible mosquito sprey, which killed our 10-15 enemies, but left an awful smell for the whole night.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Fab breakfast buffet! Nice area & very quiet.

The spa & food are over-priced. However, there are many other options in walking distance for both spa & food.

Awesome garden view,swimming pool. Nice beach. The breakfast is very good.

отель красивый. чистая, ухоженная территория, удобное месторасположение. персонал доброжелательный, внимательный, отзывчивый на просьбы. по- русски не говорят, но по английски вполне можно объясниться. ежедневная уборка, замена всех полотенец, включая пляжные. завтраки - шведский стол, разнообразные, вкусные, плюс свежевыжатые соки, фрукты.

在美奈住过几家不一样的酒店，始终觉得blue ocean的性价比是比较高的。当然价格不是便宜的，只是同样的价格，在Blue Ocean感觉更加值得。喜欢它独栋别墅户外的大石头浴缸，更喜欢早上起来在临海的餐厅里，面朝着大海吃着- 早餐！我觉得下次来，我还会住B.O.

前台服务员给人感觉总是冷冰冰的......

Frukosten var väldigt bra. Poolen och trädgården perfekt samt fina rum.

Synd att det var så mycket vågor u havet,kunde endast bada på morgonen då det blåste minst sedan blev det för mycket vågor o strömt.

Une grande piscine,un excellent petit dejeuner et l'emplacement de l'hotel,a proximite de l'animation d'un cote et sur la partie la plus large de la plage de plus de 3 kms de l'autre.

L'hotel n'y est pour rien,mais il faut savoir qu'a mui NE,le vent se leve vers 10h du matin.

Во первых отель не четыре звезды, а три. Во вторых очень мало лежаков на пляже, нужно занимать место в 6-7 утра. Возле бассейна не удачно стоят лежаки (либо все в тени, либо все на солнце от зонтика нет ни малейшего толку). Завтраки не очень, могли бы быть и лучше, Обслуживание на завтраках никакое (отвратительное).

Отель на твердую трешку с учетом высокого азиатского сервиса. Хороший пляж, неплохой бассейн, большая территория, неплохие хорошо убираемые номера.

На рецепшене работают странные вьетнамские девочки, которые не умеют пользоваться платежными терминалами, в результате у нас на карте зависло почти 800 $. На просьбу послать в наш банк факс, что не предендуют на эти деньги сказали что у нас их нет и факс послать не можем. Ждем когда они вернуться.... Очень однообразные завтраки.

Хороший, большой номер.Отличная веранда на которой удобно провести вечер. Территория очень чистая. Хорошее местоположение.

Можно было бы добавить разнообразия завтраку. На ресепшене пытались обмануть при обмене денег.

Очень плохо работает Wi-Fi везде, кроме Reception, и то с паролем.

Месторасположение, нормальное, в остальном обычный отель каких тысячи, ни чего особенного.

Вода в ванной и в душе еле идет это напрягает. Жили в коттедже но думали что этот коттедж с одним номером оказалось что на два номера на это мы не рассчитывали и нам это не очень понравилось.
