Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was up to standard. Free wireless internet The room was a bit noisy because it was facing a busy road (Bu Ca). Poorly designed shower with no door meant wet bathmat and floor. Needs some extra hangers in bathroom. Bed was too soft for one of us
