The staff were very welcoming, helpful and spoke good English. We arrived early in the morning and only had a day in Hue. The tour desk booked two half day tours for us, one on the Perfume River and one city tour, including the Citadel. We enjoyed them both and felt that we made the most of the time we had. The hotel room was a good standard. |

Very nice room and staff. Night Club on 10th floor vibrated all of hotel with heavy bass music. Would not stay here again. |

Uitermate behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Erg klantgericht en efficient bij het regelen van zaken. Als de nachtclub op de 10de verdiepingin bedrijf is, indien van toepassing tot 24.00 u, zijn de kamers op de verdiepingen vanaf de 5de erg lawaaierig. Het gedreun van de disco muziek klinkt dan enorm door, houdt hier rekening mee. |
