利用していないが、朝食料金が高い(21USドル)。他は特に無し。

ドンコイ通りのすぐ近くで食事に出たり、買い物に行ったりがとても楽でした。

シーツが少し湿っぽく、パリッとしていなかった。

It was the second time we stopped in this hotel. Staff and food are excellent. We do reccomend the restraunt on the third floor.

Wi-fi jumped all the time - this time connection was not good. The guest restroom on the 1 floor is 3 star maximum.

Very good hotel, great location. Signature longue is really nice. Good swiming pool. Staff very professional.

Hotel blocked my credit card on 150% of my bill. The hotel staff told me, that money will be back after 3 weeks!! I think its unfair.It was defect Caravelle Hotel.

The staff are fantastic during check in and the room is nice, clean and confortable.

Maybe include some Halal food at the breakfast buffet.

A bit dated vs more contemporary hotels but I know it's an icon of hcm IncOnvenience of getting to lounge area Confusion re my booking- when I rang from hk transit to book a car they said I didn't even have a room booking and I had to ring back- all these cost me $30 in roaming fees- they didn't even volunteer to call back or at least expedite process Finally room was confirmed but they said there was no car to pick me up and they could not give me options but to take taxi.

The staff was extremely helpful and just plain nice. The hotel itself was extremely nice, very lovely, I could have easily stayed a lot longer. I'd give it a 10 out of 10, seriously, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed the excellent service , the Executive lounge and central location most of all....will definitely be back

Dit hotel is gewoon een prima hotel. Alles klopt en het personeel is super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Een aanrader!

Qualité de l'accueil, disponibilité du personnel, confort, propreté. Excellence du buffet du petit déjêuner : fraîcheur et variété. Equipement de loisir : piscine, spa. sauna, etc. Mise à disposition d'ordinateurs, accès Internet. Rapidité d'intervention en cas de disfonctionnement, exemple : problème télé réglé en quelques minutes. En un mot : grand plaisir lors du séjour. Seul auto-reproche : petite culpabilisation de pouvoir disposer d'un tel luxe au milieu d'une ville où - à part le centre ville - il y a tant de misère ! (merci pare avance de ne pas censurer ce dernier propos). signé J-P G

- quelques petites dégradations préexistantes dans la salle de bain (bord de la baignoire ébréché, carrelage légérement fissuré). - sur le plan de la conception de la salle de bains : WC non indépendant.

Le professionnalisme du personnel est remarquable . La qualité du service est irréprochable d'une manière générale . La situation de l'hotel au coeur du distrit 1 est idéale .

Je n'ai seulement pas aimé ..... de devoir quitter cet hôtel, tellement je m'y trouvais bien et avais envie d'y rester !
