This Hotel has the Best Customer Service I have encountered.My room was beautiful. Two meals I enjoyed at the Restaurant were fabulous . I had the Sea Bass for Dinner and it was delicious. Also enjoyed the Muc Xua ,Squid w/ Celery and fresh roasted nuts on the side at Golden Beach Resort. The Pool and Beach here are beautiful. The VIP massage was very nice.The hotel arranged a Car and Driver to take me on to Nha Trang. The Driver was Safe and Professional . The Car was new and spacious SUV. When you stay here you must take the electric car tour of the grounds. This is an entertainment complex on a grand scale. Thank You to staff and Management of Cenedeluxe .

Nhân viên thân thiện, đáng yêu. thức ăn ít nhưng nấu ngon.. Đặc biệt lưu ý thức ăn chưa phong phú, nên khai thác thêm các lợi thế thức ăn vùng biển. card để mở cửa hay trục trặc.

One female staff at reception was very rude and had accused my family of stealing a shower towel when I had not. It was outrageous to be accused of stealing a towel that I had not committed, and also delaying me for my flight over a insignificant and false accusation.
