Very clean place, amazing service level, excelent restaurant. We spent a week and didn't want to leave

The seaview villa is probably the best option.

We had a fabulous time at Chen Sea Resort. The pool is great, the restaurant and breakfasts are also very good.

Amazing big rooms, quiet resort, clean beach, nice infinity pool, friendly and helpful staff, good spa. Great for relaxing, didn't want to leave and we were lucky to stay there for a whole week!

Secluded resort which is great for relaxing but only one restaurant/bar on the pricey side and no shop to buy snacks or anything, so be prepared to get cabs to and from town if you want to try other food or go shopping, drink out in a bar. The hotel will gladly book that for you so it's easy

We liked the air con and the beautiful outdoor shower. The room was comfortable and stylish. It was very peaceful! There was Absolute silence at the pool and throughout the resort most days. It has a very tranquil feel and if you want some serious wind down time then this is the place. The infinity pool is beautiful at sunset!

We were shocked by the prices of the food and drink. We had taken in to account that prices would be more expensive than the other places we had stayed in Vietnam, however we didn't budget for paying $24 for breakfast! We ended up going else where to eat and buy drinks as we weren't prepared to pay these prices! We did go into the restaurant on the first evening but found that you had to book a table to dine outside and nobody had told us this. It was an all you can eat buffet on offer but my partner and I don't eat a massive amount and like to choose our meal so we weren't keen on getting involved in this especially as it wasn't cheap! We were also confused as what to do as nobody explained there was also an a la carte menu available. We would have waited and spoke to a member of staff but we felt that there was no atmosphere so we ventured to the bech bar instead. This was much nicer cocktails great, food fab (if a little pricey) and good music. We were impressed with our pretty bath on the terrace of our apartment! On our last night we decided to try it out. It took over an hour to get it almost half way as the bath is oversized and water pressure cant fill it. We gave up in the end. Disappointing! The staff don't speak much English and don't seem very happy. We stayed at the mango prior to our stay at the Chen sea and the staff were all so happy friendly chatty and could communicate well with all different nationalities. The staff didn't even seem to notice that we left the resort every morning for brekkie and evening for dinner? This resort has everything you need facilities wise but the atmosphere wasn't for us. I would recommend this resort to somebody who wanted some time on their own to wind down. We struggled with whispering constantly in all public areas but that could just be us?

Muj pohled je pohled člověka deformovaného pusobenim vice jak 20 let v cestovnim ruchu. Pro koho je idealni pobyt v Chen Sea Resort – urcite pro lidi, kteří hledaji klid, pohodu, individualni pristup. Veskere služby jsou na vysoke urovni. Personal je uctivy, prijemny. Resort nabízí několik variant ubytovacích kapacit. Vse plyne v pohode a klidu bez stresu. Zajemci si mohou objednat vylety, masaze nebo vyuzit spolecne cviceni Tajchi. Idealni místo pro svatebni cesty, líbánky a vůbec romantiku. Strava pestra a vyborna. Pro mne se toto místo stalo idealnim pro straveni dovolene. Samozrejme, ze vysokému standardu služeb také odpovidaji ceny. Resort nedoporucuji tem, kteří hledaji dynamiku, rusny život, diskotéky a levne sluzby.

Nice beach

Very very bad road to the hotel, it cause the back pain to the clients, even for the youngs. Manager of hotel is not "discussible" when we mentioned that the price of room should be changed when we changed the room type (we changed from private pool villa-far from beach to the beach front villa, the difference price is ~ 650 USD for 4 nights). And the next day, he accepted reduce 512 USD ecxept the different commission paid to booking.com. (It is reasonable and we thank for that but we have had a bad impression from the previous discussion).

We was in the hotel in September, for 6 nights at the end of the trip, just to relax..and everything perfect. The room in front of the sea, the facilities, and overall, the staff. They make you feel that you are in a luxury hotel. It´s not cheap, but you see every moment what you are paying for..

The hotel is separated from the center but we rent a motorbike (25$ per 3 days, just 50 metres out from the hotel) and we could enjoy the rest of the island. Advice: the road is one more adventure.. ;)

Very nice two bedroom bungalow with private pool.

Livingroom needs a bit more furniture / decoration. Restaurant price quite high with reference to standard Vietnamese dining.

Chen Sea Resort makes our trip awesome with the friendly of the staffs and manager. At the beggining we had booked the sea view room but all were occupied so our room was upgraded to Jacuzzi villa and it was a very nice and comfortable villa. The housekeeping always come around 1-3pm and to clean and 7pm to light up the candle and essence oil. This is a recommended resort when you come to Phu Quoc.

The location is the only thing that we dont like, it is far from the centre and Sao Beach, where is the nicest beach in Phu Quoc and got many water activites.

We spent seven days of total relaxation here! Our kids aged 5 and 8 and ourselves enjoyed endless hours in the pool, and the staff was nothing but terrific! Our thanks go to Hong, Nguyen, Huy, Truc, Phu and the remaining staff for an unforgettable holiday in the tropical part of Vietnam!

Noisy neighbors can be a burden as the adjacent walls are poorly soundproofed.

The location was good and the pool was lovely and being on the beach made it relaxing.

The bedrooms were not furnished very well for a four star resort. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived, I had to clean the sinks and mirror, I complained but it was still not cleaned well for the four days of our stay. The breakfast selection was very disappointing.

Excellent facilities, Swimming pool is amazing and attention to details. Staff is really helpful. We stayed in Beach Villa which was awesome. Massive bed and beautiful terrace leading onto the beach. Amazing resort !

Not their fault but weather conditions (wind and strong current) pushed a lot of rubbish on the beach. They do a lot of great work cleaning on regular basis and we have been told that it only happens once or twice a year. Bad luck I suppose. This would not put me off going back, it is just a great resort and sunset at cocktail bar are stunning. I believe them as we saw it on other parts of Island. (no such problem on Sao beach though which is on East part of Island)

Очень позитивные впечатления. Отличный сервис, отлично вышколенный персонал. Есть все для полноценного расслабления - и спа, и спорт, и хорошая кухня. Удобные бунгало, теплое море, внимание служащих - все это очень радует. Мы остались очень довольны. Дорого, но качество этого заслуживает. Персонал старается реагировать на проблемы молниеносно, Заботятся, проявляют внимание, очень стараются. Отличный интернет. Хорошие завтраки. Несколько вариантов спортивного досуга. Хороший текстиль и на пляже и в номерах - все чистое, новое. Очень приятный контингент. Искреннее ощущение, что тебе по-настоящему рады

Le Chen sea est un hôtel exceptionnel avec un staff prévenant, attentif et réactif. J'ai passé 3 belles journées et y retournerai en famille dès que possible
