this is my favorite hotel in Hanoi. Nice staff, nice rooms, great location. Do my best to stay there all the time I go to Hanoi

Breakfast can be better, but still it's great vs other hotels in Hanoi

The location is excellent which is within 5 minutes of walking away to the Opera House and 15 minutes to Hoang Kiem Lake. Press Club is just opposite the hotel. There is a small balcony in the the bigger room, which you can sit down and relax, while looking down at the quiet small street below. There are some chairs and tables placed along the sidewalk outside the hotel too which you can sit down to relax in the evening.

The room is a bit small especially if you carry 2 big suitcase.

Very professional and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the location, as itr is in a nice area that allows you to pull away from the noisy (and bustling) part of the city, which still remains the main attraction and that is 7 minutes away on foot. Most importantly, closing the double glassed windows you hear nothing. Really nothing negative to report! We highly recommend the hotel.

Small and cosy hotel in the Center. A beautiful environment with elements of luxury. Even having only an hour, you can manage to see the major sights.

The Conifer Hotel was an excellent introduction to our 10day trip to Vietnam. We chose 2 rooms and lived in comfort for 2 nights proving again that you dont need to pay 4 star prices for 4 star service. Within the first day the staff proved always eager to help as we adjusted to the hectic traffic and bustle of old Hanoi. After our 3 day Halong Bay cruise we returned again to Hanoi, regretfully staying at another hotel but we called in to the Conifer Hotel and were greeted like old friends, we will definitely return to Hanoi and stay there again.

La réception est un désastre Ils n ont pas trouve la resa booking m ont demande de leur adresser par email Au départ quand ai demande la facture m ont dit que c était règle Nous sommes partis 10 minutes après ils ont appelles le taxi pour nous ramener car ils avaient perdus le paiement!! Un effort a faire d' organisation

The hotel is only 2 years old so everything is very new and clean. The rooms are really nice - a good size and the deluxe rooms have a balcony. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. It's not too expensive. It's in a great location - easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter.

仕事の会議参加のために1人で1泊のみの宿泊でしたが、快適に宿泊できました。1フロアーに5室程度のこじ- んまりしたホテルです。部屋の雰囲気もHPの写真とおり、木製でよい感じでした。 朝食のブッフェは必要最低限ですが、卵料理やPHOを無料で追加注文可能です。

お風呂の給湯能力が少し弱いかも？ バスタブにお湯を張った時、最後の方で温度が急激に下がった。 給湯を止めて、しばらく待つとシャワーも問題なく使用できた。 エレベーターホールに部屋の入口が接しているため、ほかのお客の話し声が良く聞こえた。

ホテルスタッフの対応も良く、部屋もとても清潔です。立地場所も非常に良いと思います。
