There were good in room facilities

It was very difficult to communicate with staff in English even though they claim to be an international hotel. Communication in regards to payment for the stay was non existent as we were unaware that the payment for our stay had not been settled.

Not much to like ....the room was spacious and clean. The reception desk staff were helpful. The outdoor swimming pool is quite big.

The hotel lacks charm. The front desk staff were helpful but the rest gave wrong information. The spa is a joke.The breakfast supplies ran out by 8.00 and the kitchen staff had to be "persuaded" to refill the dishes. The one juice offered is a sickly sweet black currant concentrate - no fresh juice, or not enough by the time we got there. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but is more like a 2 star hotel. Our room, while comfortable and spacious, was on a corner with windows on two sides, and the design is such that the wind howls constantly around the corner, and to make matters worse the balcony door was badly fitted and there was a draft. They offered us a smaller room not on a corner, but it was very dark and small. The lighting in our room was very dim and the room had a very gloomy even with all the lights on. Don't go by the pictures on the website. The hotel is located 4 kms from the town and there are no restaurants apart from a kfc and a snack bar in the shopping centre a 5 minute walk away. There is no concierge to help with tours, but "sales staff" helped us organise a guide and car with driver for the 3 days we were there, but the guide turned out to be the driver too and we had to insist quite strongly on a reduction to the cost quoted.
