good helpful staff, nice room & good location

noisey in the mornings

The Hotel is in a nice old building, in the centre of Hanoi Old Town but out of the confusion and the street noise. Better to avoid first floors rooms. My room was wide with a good illumination and nice terrace with view on the roofs, at fifth floor. The staff is extremely helpful and English-Speaking.

The bathroom was basic, and frankly speaking the room was not clean. The lack of cleanliness was the only negative point.

They were very friendly and helpful. One of the guys helped us with our phone problems and allowed us to put our sim card into his phone so we could call home. They are very centrally located. Ac worked well and the rooms were spacious.

Propre. Très bien citué. Bon acceuil. Nous avons passé 4 nuit à 4. Rien a redire sur le rapport qualité prix.

There was nothing to really dislike about this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well as speaking good English. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable as well as being clean. Water was hot, AC worked well and the shower was okay. Don't flush anything down the toilet though, as it will block. There was a balcony overlooking the street below and after about 10pm the noise died down and a good night's sleep could be had. They also provided some drinks, including beer to put in the fridge. The wifi was pedestrian speed but it didn't trouble us too much. The location is very good with tonnes of good eating options nearby and still within easy walking distance of the old quarter, the lake and sights west of the centre.

I think, compared to other hotels, you could probably get. The same for a little less cash. Having said that, we didn't feel cheated at $26 per night.

Leur sérieux: J'ai eu une annulation d'avion, qui m'a fait perdre la première nuit d’hôtel. Je les ai prévenu très rapidement, et ils ont fait en sorte que je ne paie pas cette nuit perdue. De plus, suite à la barrière de la langue, il y a eu une double réservation des chambres avec une erreur de prix. On s'en est aperçu au moment de l'annulation du vol. Et dans la foulée, ils ont arrangé la situation et on n'a pas eu de surcoût à payer. ==> Hotel vraiment sérieux. Je reprendrais cet hôtel si je reviens à Hanoï.
