Essence Hanoi Hotel    

Very central, clean and service was excellent. An excellent choice for a limited city stay.

Breakfast was not great. Limited choice and not well executed.

The staff were very attentive. The laptop in the room was a nice touch. The fruit in the room was also nice.

We had an amazing trip at your hotel. Your hotel was clean, beautiful, in a great location, the food was great. Most importantly, it was the best service I have ever ever had at any hotel. We were very impressed and would recommend you very highly

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Perfect location, very good breakfast. The bed was very confortable.

The superior double room has no real window. The window opens on a wall. No light from outside. Besides that we loved our stay and would definitely stay there another time, just would up grade my room.

Being a boutique hotel, the rooms were very well equipped but on the small side. Difficult to keep smaller children occupied.

Staff, food, extra trouble to help, early check-in , hands on manager who went the extra mile, l saw him checking the facilities, he asked if everything was ok, took a breakfast order, and even came out and saw us off in our taxi and said thankyou for staying with us

This was our 2nd visit and everything was still as good as before. If you want a boutique hotel in the centre of the old town this is most definately the place to stay.

The hotel was amazing, everything about it was incredible. One example, while waiting for a taxi I mentioned I had a headache so one of the porters went to the pharmacy and got me painkillers. I didn't ask, they just did it. Price, staff, location and quality-they have been the highlight of the trip so far. I'm going back in 2 weeks.

EVERYTHING, from the friendly welcome the moment we stepped through the floor, to the personal service, attention to details, breakfast buffet and more. This place really makes you feel welcome and the staff go out of their way to assist guests. Definitely stay here again.
