First Hotel

Ambiance du First hotel est de type "Hotel d'état" plutot vieillot, ambiance année 1980. Bon c'est propre et focntionnel, mais sans plus. Aller plutot au tout nouveau starcity Hotel, aussi à proximité de l'aéroport pour le meme prix (avec piscine !) et de toutes façons pour se déplacer : les taxis sont partout et coutent très peu (quelques Euros).

Not much really. We booked this hotel to be close to the airport, but it actaully wasn't that close. We could as well have chosen a nicer one in the city center instead. The room was ok, but there isn't much else to say.

The staff was really unprofessional and even rude at times. Not good considering this is a 4 star hotel. We later noticed that this hotel apparently belongs to a hotel school which explains why certains things seemed unpolished. There are 3 restaurants belonging to the hotel complex which is necessary as there isn't much else around. We had dinner at the Hot Pot restaurant which was a disaster - staff was unprofessional and inefficient (when we came the restaurant was empty, 4 staff members were taking care of us, but we didn't feel properly served, they failed to properly explain the menu to us or how the hot pot meal works, for example), food was overpriced and the atmosphere was sterile. Breakfast was poor as well, food wasn't refilled when empty and the only thing we found we could eat was toast and jelly. We stayed in loads of nice hotel sin Vietnam, but this was a big disappoitnment, especially as it was our most expensive one.

Very good service. As soon as I booked the hotel via Booking.com, I received an email from the hotel asking for a need for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Despite our flight being significantly delayed, there was someone to meet us at the airport 2 am to take us to the hotel. This is what I call good service.

The hotel has 2 buildings on opposite sides of the road - we stayed in the new side - brand new - it was well appointed and would recommend to stay here

The hotel was great - just make sure they have your booking, they blamed booking.com for only giving the booking to them minutes before we arrived, but we booked a month ago - poor form as we did not get adjoining rooms like we asked.

Erittäin hyvät lentokenttäkuljetusjärjestelyt. Nimikyltti iso ja helposti huomattavissa. Henkilökunta puhuu erinomaista englantia ja asiakaspalvelu luksusta. Huone, vuode, aamiainen jne loistavat.

Pieni kuntoiluhuone.

Uitstekend personeel, zeer behulpzaam en uitstekende service. Moest de volgende morgen vroeg doorvliegen en men bood aan om het ontbijt (dat bij de prijs inzit) in ee tasje met water mee te geven. Er werd ook nog uitdrukkelijk gezegd dat de chauffeur voor de taxi naar het vliegveld niet betaald hoefde te worden, die was voor het hotel! Kamers niet te groot, maar voorzien van alle comfort. Wifi doet het goed en is gratis.
