予約完了後すぐにホテルから直接メールが届き、空港まで迎えに来てくれることを教えて貰い有り難かった。そ- の後の、予約変更も丁寧にメールで答えて貰えて良かった。価格の割にはホテルの施設は良かったし、スタッフ- の応対（特にドアマンや食堂のスタッフ）が良かった。朝食は充実していた。 市内の中心から遠く、どこへ行くにも時間がかかった。特に、早朝のツアー集合にはタクシーで行かなくてはな- らないので大変だった。見学ツアーのときは、６時には食堂へ行って著食を食べたが、とても、気ぜわしく時間- が気になった。 |

It is convenient to the airport and a good value for money. It is at least a 20-minute taxi ride from central HCMC. Outside noise can be loud within the hotel, and the rooms are nothing special. |

I like the complimentary airport transfer to and from hotel as it is convenient, safe and worry free. I also enjoyed the wide range of food served during breakfast. |

The staff are very helpful, pleased to have foreign guests and western tourists. Even where there are language problems they always found someone to assist. The dark woodwork makes the hotel look older than it is but the room I had was excellent with remote air conditioner, a good bathroom/shower and plenty of hot water. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast and free wifi net. The location would not suit everyone - it takes about 30 minjutes to get to the centre of Saigon (45 in rush hour) but a metered taxi costs about $6 and the sigths on the way are amazing. |
