I was travelling with my husband, sister and brother in law and had booked this hotel for one night because it is near to the airport and we were travelling home the following day.We wanted a hotel that had a swimming pool so that we could spend the day relaxing before our evening flight. Unfortunately the rooms were located in a smoking are of the hotel ( we are non smokers) and the corridors reeked of cigarettes. We thought we would manage for one night so went to the pool. The pool was in a poor condition with broken tiles around the edges. We thought we'd lie on the beds - until we saw how stained they were. At this point we decided to check out. The hotel did offer to move us to a non smoking part of the hotel but we felt that we could stay in a much better hotel for same cost.

Pool area was poorly maintained. The sun beds were filthy. Rooms were for smokers. You can get a much better hotel for the same cost.

Nearby airport, book 2 night, but my airline cancelled for the weather, very reasonable, through from booking.com,hotel agree with cancel one night room free, thanks booking.com

The hotel has 2 buildings on opposite sides of the road - we stayed in the new side - brand new - it was well appointed and would recommend to stay here

The hotel was great - just make sure they have your booking, they blamed booking.com for only giving the booking to them minutes before we arrived, but we booked a month ago - poor form as we did not get adjoining rooms like we asked.

Erittäin hyvät lentokenttäkuljetusjärjestelyt. Nimikyltti iso ja helposti huomattavissa. Henkilökunta puhuu erinomaista englantia ja asiakaspalvelu luksusta. Huone, vuode, aamiainen jne loistavat.

Pieni kuntoiluhuone.

gute Verbindung zum Airport. Schoene und gepflegte Zimmer.

バスタブがザラザラ。日本のホテルからしたら、考えられないが現地からしたらそんなものなのかな？ 近隣のカラオケの音と、他の部屋からの音がうるさく、寝られなかった。

Not much really. We booked this hotel to be close to the airport, but it actaully wasn't that close. We could as well have chosen a nicer one in the city center instead. The room was ok, but there isn't much else to say.

The staff was really unprofessional and even rude at times. Not good considering this is a 4 star hotel. We later noticed that this hotel apparently belongs to a hotel school which explains why certains things seemed unpolished. There are 3 restaurants belonging to the hotel complex which is necessary as there isn't much else around. We had dinner at the Hot Pot restaurant which was a disaster - staff was unprofessional and inefficient (when we came the restaurant was empty, 4 staff members were taking care of us, but we didn't feel properly served, they failed to properly explain the menu to us or how the hot pot meal works, for example), food was overpriced and the atmosphere was sterile. Breakfast was poor as well, food wasn't refilled when empty and the only thing we found we could eat was toast and jelly. We stayed in loads of nice hotel sin Vietnam, but this was a big disappoitnment, especially as it was our most expensive one.
