Very spacious rooms and clean. Spectacular view of the citi. Nice outdoor pool with a little garden. Room service food and breakfast should have been better for a 5 star hotel. Staff should speak better English.

Excellent front desk staff! They made arrangement for our transportation, shopping and meals from restaurants outside the hotel to be delivered. Only the creaking wooden flooring.

The apartment is really big and the staff is very friendly. 1 - The location is not good. 2 - At the check-out we were charged with a broken glass that we never broke, the reason is that we were given the list of the apartment stuff but nobody checked that together with us, so we had to pay for a glass we never broken.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Whatever we needed they provided. We were there for my son's wedding and entertained many Vietnamese guests during our stay, so were constantly asking to borrrow things! Always smiling and accommodating. Lovely friendly atmosphere! Spotlessly clean. We had our 4 year old granddaughter with us and we would have liked a better outside play area with play equipment. Hanoi has so few open spaces for children to run and play safely away from traffic and noise, so play equipment outside a real essential. The inside play area was probably more suited for 2/3 year olds so again more suitable toys for slightly older children would have been really great. We were only there for 6 days so not a huge problem but if you were staying for a longer time it may be an issue. Outside pool not heated but don't know if that is the norm in Vietnam.

We stayed here when our Ha Long Bay trip was cancelled. We fancied a pool and a chill out time and we made a great choice. Booked a 1 bed apartment, but received a 3 bed place. Great views, very clean, modern, comfortable, very nice pool, quiet when we were there, good room service food, supermarket on site for beers etc - does exactly what description says it offers. We had a great time. Not brilliant location if you want to explore central Hanoi - but we didn'T.

Great for families. New stayed in the 3 bed apartment and it was well set up, spacious etc. the restaurant has a kids play room attached so breakfast was peaceful and we could enjoy it. Lovely pool area and playground. They are so strict if you break anything. A soap dish broke when we were there and they wanted to charge us. Wen you check in they give you a list of how much every single thing in the apartment costs and how much you will pay if you break it. They are charging top dollar for Hanoi - there are lots of nice places far cheaper in better locations - so they should be able to absorb the odd breakage. They gave me a hard time and made me fill out a form etc. plus they were useless at organising a taxi for us, said they could and then it didn't come and they said driver called etc then wanted us to wait longer - so it was tight for us making it to the airport. Also - the location is nice but not really close to the action in Hanoi. We stayed in the old quarter which was fabulous - and spjust stayed here for our last night after a trip to the highlands. Great Taylor and lovely little shops and restaurants nthis area!

They gave a very nice fruit plate. The gym was also accessible 24 hours. The rooms did not have complimentary water that is common in most hotels. Also, the hotel entrance is behind the main building that was a bit misleading for a first time visitor.

The hotel staff were extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. They greeted guests warmly and made our stay in Hanoi memorable. The hotel was modern, clean, well maintained, spacious, with lots of ammenities. On our first day, we stayed in the studio apartment and we did not expect that we will be in a different building. We had to go down through the elevator to the basement garage in order to go to our building.
