３年連続に利用してますがフロントのスタッフの仕事が早く非常にい良かった

１６階のバーカウンターに時間帯がユックリとドリンクできない。 夕食に人が終わった１０時３０分でないとノンビリと飲めない。 barを別にしてもらいたい。

特によくも悪くもない割に価格高いね。

Was disappointed with this hotel as this hotel is advertised to have a hot tube and steam room, when in fact it does not have a hot tube, and when we tried to use the steam room they wanted to charge us for it. It was not helped either when we spoke to reception they told us there was a jacuzzi. All in all disappointed

Centrally located hotel, within walking distance of the main places of interest in District 1. The pool on the roof was a major plus considering the heat in HCMC. Lovely staff.

The breakfast was really hit and miss. Unfortunately, aside from the first morning, it was mostly miss.

This is our second stay at Golden Central and it was as good as our previous stay. The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Markets and within walking distance (if you like to walk) to all major city attractions. Staff, as always were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good and the room always clean and tidy. (Some are a little small), however suitable for a couple. We enjoyed our stay last time we brought our family back with us this time. They also enjoyed the accommodation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is reasonably priced and very clean with friendly staff.

The pool is very small (but nice and cold :-) ) The gym area is also very small - we did not use it so not a problem for us... Also the steps at the front of the hotel are very steep....

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I complained about the banging and drilling going on above my tiny room that eventually stopped after about an hour. You can hear evrything from foot steps, people speaking and above all the toilet flushing in the room above - I thought it was coming from my bathroom. The staff were unsympathetic and refused to compensate for the inconvenience. I left the next day and found a hotel with a suite for $60 a night. Golden central was $98 a night.

No accessability for disabled persons. Several stairs from the street to the reception area. The lift did not go up to the breakfast restaurant, I had to carry the food down to my disabled travel companion.

The location is goodm close to a lot sightseeing place. Staff there are all friendly and helpful.

The price is over rated, all the facificilties supplied don't matched the four star hotel actually.

The location was great. The room was confortable and suited our needs.

We had no hot water at all during our stay. When reported, we were told we neededto run the water for 30 minutes each time and it would get warm. Well, it never did!

Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke enough English to communicate well. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Good location for shopping at markets. Hotel prices were good. Rooms were a bit small but very clean and satisfy in overall services. Would definitely recommend this hotel if your traveling through Ho Chi Minh for a short visit. Thank you for your services! too small room, even paid more they gave such small room that I feel very incomfortble

First time travel to Ho Chi Minh, near to the market about 300 meter. Good services during stayed and enjoy.
