３年連続に利用してますがフロントのスタッフの仕事が早く非常にい良かった

１６階のバーカウンターに時間帯がユックリとドリンクできない。 夕食に人が終わった１０時３０分でないとノンビリと飲めない。 barを別にしてもらいたい。

部屋の広さ、設備は値段相応で清潔。ベッドも良い。バスルームはシャワーのみだが、湯量、温度はおおむね良- 好。17階のレストランでの朝食は十分な種類があり、味もまずまず、眺めも良い。地下1階のマッサージは、- 設備が良くスタッフも良く、意外と穴場かも。

部屋の柱内にあると思われる配管からの音が大きくて、慣れるまで寝付けなかった。部屋にティッシュがない。- ４つ星ホテルならティッシュぐらい用意してほしい。また、ドンコイ通り付近の一流ホテルが並ぶ地区に比べる- と、このホテルのある地区は街が汚い。はじめてのホーチミン観光であれば、ドンコイ通り近くの地区のほうが- いいかもしれない。もちろん、ロケーションも値段のうちなので、リピーターやコスト重視の人、あるいはタク- シーを使う人であれば問題ない。

ロケーション的に歩いてどこでも行けたりして便利でした。

団体の旅行者がいて少々うるさかった。

Excellent staff that always ready to help. At the reception speak very good English (still not very common in Vietnam). Hotel is very centrally located. SPA and hotel generally - very good value for your money!

The Hotel is located very central in close proximity to the Benh Thran Market. Main shopping area and all relevant points of interest are in close walking distance. Windows are soundproof so you can sleep quite though the windows can not be opened. Staff is friendly. We can 100% recommend this hotel for anybody looking for a good quality hotel for a very fair price. We initially though about going into the InterContinental or another premium brand hotel, but choosed this hotel due to good price and we do not regret this, but recommend this hotel.

Having stayed here before the hotel is still a great option. The wifi is fast and streamless, and the non smoking makes for a pleasant place to stay. The beds are very comfortable the massive range of TV channels (45) makes it easy for everyone to find something they like.

The breakfast is still very below the standards of many other hotels around the same price range in HCMC. The great view over the city does help, but the delay in refill and the lack of variety options, is quite disappointing.

"Gym" located directly next to the pool in a small corner - not very motivating; the travel agency located in the hotel only tries to sell the most expensive trips

No accessability for disabled persons. Several stairs from the street to the reception area. The lift did not go up to the breakfast restaurant, I had to carry the food down to my disabled travel companion.

Deluxe room very small and not worth the money!

They provide deluxe number instead of premier delux, with out any notifications. And not provide the discount.

The hotel is clean, bed very comfortable. Very close to Ben Tanh Market.

The swimming pool at the rooftop is very small compared to photos shown in the website. It was a disappointment for me when i reached there. The room size is small. I guess that was due to the fact that most hotel buildings in Vietnam are slim average height buildings. Meaning that even if you check in at other hotels you will face the same problem, unless you choose those well known international chain hotels.

For the most part, the service staff team was great. They were very helpful, prompt and professional in work habits. The comfort of the room was important to us and the bed was a welcomed comfort after a long day of walking and sight-seeing. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for us each day; we could sit and relax, enjoying the view as we prepare for the day's adventure.

For the most part, staff and services were great. We only have one complaint to share; when we checked on 18/12/11 between 15:00 and 16:00 hour, there were 2 front desk staff (a male and a female) who helped to check our family in for the stay. We felt the young gentleman was very friendly and professional in his interaction with us; we can not say the same for the female staff, who also help to check our family in. Initially, our transition was done in English because my husband only speaks English. He also happen to be an African American man. During the paperwork process, the female staff referred to my husband the "black old man"---literal Vietnamese translation. It was ignorance on her part to assume I can't understand or speak Vietnamese. Immediately after her comment, I finish the transaction all in Vietnamese to let her know that we (I) could understand her when she speaks in Vietnamese and translated for my husband as we went along. I believe her name was Ngoc Tram. We did not appreciate her attitude and unprofessionalism, such behavior will make you lose future guests. I suggest you re-train her to display more professional work habits. You have a great hotel and she does not represent your business well

Good facilities. Comfortable room. Great views of the city. Excellent location.

Expensive compared to similar hotels in area. Trips were available much cheaper outside hotel. Breakfast needs more choice of fruits, cereals, juices and other cold options.
