We had a "grand suite" ; 100sq m of 1st class accommodation - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge area. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel . All the staff from the doormen to the waiters could not have been more helpful; always smiling and willing to help. The breakfast choice was top notch, catering for Asian and Western tastes. The hotel also serves lunch and dinner which we enjoyed immensely, with main courses from about £3 to £12 and there are buffets on the 12th floor of the new wing with superb city views. Good length outdoor pool, inexpensive bars and a small "casino", which I didn't use so can't comment on. 7 nights with most meals for 3 (+ up to 4 guests) + extras = $2000. Full marks all round. I've stayed in many hotels and there's usually some niggle, but I can't think of a single adverse point . No noise came through at night, even in its city location. |
