Very central to everything.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Large rooms with nice decor. A great hub to seethe city from. Spa is fantastic value and good quality.

Being tall the shower and bathroom were too small. The show head max height was 5ft and the slope in the bath quite annoying as could only stand in a small space.

Hotel is very central, we got upgraded from a executive double to the suite which was very nice, the bathroom had a jacuzzi shower room, free fruits, water and muffins complementary. They have a 24 hours bar service and the cocktails are very good, highly recommend them. The breakfast was very diverse with lots of options from western to asian food. They have a spa in the hotel and you get a 25% discount if you are a guest.

Loved the pool. Air conditioning was really comfortable. Also, very helpful and friendly doormen.

The cleaners came a bit too early each day, before 9am...but no problem if you told them to come back later (but maybe our own fault for not using the 'do not disturb' sign)

The Hotel location was excellent as my daughter and I had less than 24 hours in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel staff were excellent welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, light, very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The night time view from the roof top pool was amazing and I only wish we had more time to take advantage of the Hotel facilities. I would highly recommend this Hotel to any traveler and I look forward to staying there again upon my return to Ho Chi Minh City.

There is so much to say about the hotel that is positive. The staff are attentive and housekeeping do a tip top job. Great value for money and very centrally located. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this interesting city

Just need to avoid the salt scrub in the spa, it left me with spots and sores on my legs.

Staff went out of thier way to accommodate us. The bell bot walked me to a shop to assist with getting a sim card for my phone. Great customer service. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Central to cbd and within walking distance to tourist spots. Hotel staff very helpful with arranging day tours, and payments for these made direct to the hotel. Also arrange for you taxi to the airport. Breakfast included in price with a good variety to chose from.

We had a wonderful stay from the moment we checked in to the very last minute when we left. The staff especially, were brilliant! Every one of them was professional, efficient and friendly at all times. They made every effort to ensure our stay at the hotel and our visit to HCMC was the best it could possibly be. The hotel location was fabulous with sight seeing, shopping and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, quiet and very, very comfortable. The roof top pool was a welcome way to end a hot day and hosted a wonderful view of the city. The breakfasts were unbelievable with a wonderful selection of top quality great tasting choices. The waiting staff were lovely and extremely welcoming, remembering little things from previous days such as if we liked white tea or coffee with our breakfast. On our first stay in Vietnam the Grand Silverland was exactly what we needed in those first few days to acclimatise to the wonderful chaos that is Saigon. We will definitely come back again.

Location! Within yards of the main market and night market

This is maybe a three and a half star hotel. I was upgraded to a suite but the shower didn't work and while the room was big and ok it was their most expensive room pretty much and not brilliant. I do hotels for a living. Three and a half star! Good breakfast though.

Very good location, walking distance to all sites in Ho Chi Minh. The swimming pool on the roof is very nice but rather small. The breakfast was fantastic, they even served fresh juices!

There were no windows in our room.

We choosed the hotel due to the location and the pool. they offered an excellent breakfast buffett, with a wide range and choise. The restaurant incl. the lounge is big enough and comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service and location.

The pool is ridiculous! 6 people can sit around it - we came for our honeymoon and wanted a pool day but you will have no chane here. We changed hotels for this reason on our last day.
