Not worth it. Not good service for what you expect. no internet, no breakfast, staff is not good at giving directions/advise about the city. Double charged tax in one of the rooms.

Most things were great. Staff were very friendly and willing to share with us the information such as credible taxi companies and city attraction. We joined the local tour (which Movenpick outsources to a third party tour agency), but turned out to be quite disappointing. The tour guide did not share with us any info during our visit, and he was either sleeping or walking away from us. The only time that he came to talk to us was to ask us to leave the attraction....Comparing with other tour guides who we saw there, this tour guide was simply acting like another tourist...He is one of the worst tour guides, making the only minus to Movenpick (as this tour was recommended by the Movenpick staff and we thought this tour would be as good as the hotel...).

The front office staff was really helpfull. But they should be trained about "the things that should be recommended to foreigners". Any how they were so kind. Location very good. You just have the "rooftop restaurant" next building. I guess some of the bellboys thinking that they are in their neighbourhood and acts accordingly. No proper f&b outlet.No bar at all !

Excellent breakfast. Well designed rooms. Comfort: Hotel was freezing cold while outside weather was moderate/rainy. Service: We gave clothes for laundry service, then we had to call to the guest service nr. To get back our clothes. On the first day reception called at 6.45 am to ask whether we would like to have breakfast as room service. We booked a private excursion to Halong Bay at the hotel; the staff was not informed about details of the trip, though the excursion came at a high level price, driver and guide were below that level.

I chk in on 12jun and your staff swap my credit card for verification and I chk out on 17jun with usd651.00 But the credit card company bill me usd800.00, When I call your hotel for verification, they told me I have to wait for 1-2 week to get an answer. I want to speak to the accounts and they are not putting me to the person in charge.

The location is a plus. International customers. The staff is to strict and not aware of our needs, if you leave the hotel at 8pm. no one to call a cab for you or to open the front door. The taxi service is not as well organise as in other hotels. The bell boy has to lean in the street to call a cab. The front desk tried to charge a 10% higher bill for our stay; i had to show the copy of my reservation on booking to see the fare corrected.

Een fijn niet al te groot hotel in een redelijk rustig deel van de stad mooi gerenoveerd, mooie rustige kamer en zeer service gericht. Kortom een prettig hotel om te verblijven

El hotel es muy bonito, acogedor y esta muy bien situado. Buena relación calidad-precio. Los empleados dejan mucho que desear en cuanto a educación y trato con los clientes, lo cual, siendo un 5 estrellas , no debería suceder. Solicitar cualquier información en recepción parecía suponerles un problema.

Im Vergleich mit anderen 5 Sterne Hotels an anderen Orten fand ich die Atmosphere etwas "karg". Im Bergleich zu Hotels vor Ort bzw. in Nordvietnam ist das Hotel sehr schön. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage gut und der Wellnessbereich angenehm gestaltet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist einwandfrei.

新しいホテルなのでロビー、トイレ、客室ともにきれいで清潔。 モダーンで、センスの良いインテリアーはすばらしい。客室の コンセントは、すべてのプ- ラグに対応しており、アダプターは必要ない。レストランの食器は、白で統一されており、形はとてもユニーク- 。スタッフの対応も良い。 バスルームは清潔で綺麗で申し分ないが、泊まった部屋はバスタブなし。スパは、サウナとシャワーのみなので- 、日本人としては、 ジャクジが欲しいところ。

Ubicacion excelente. Cuidan tu seguridad: el personal se aseguró de que el taxi que nos iba a llevar al aeropuerto no era pirata y si era para nosotros. Tuvimos un crucero a ha long por lo que dejamos el hotel por 2 dias y una noche y se ofrecieron a guardar nuestro equipaje hasta el retorno, fantástico!!!! Me gusto todo

Хороший отель для остановки на 1-2дня. Если окна номера выходят во двор, то мешает спать шум главного кондиционера отеля, так что просите номер с окнами на улуцу. Дорогой ресторан.

We really enjoyed the location, as itr is in a nice area that allows you to pull away from the noisy (and bustling) part of the city, which still remains the main attraction and that is 7 minutes away on foot.
