Great place, very comfortable, very good service.

You have to Pay for internet service. Breakfast is overly expensive.

I chk in on 12jun and your staff swap my credit card for verification and I chk out on 17jun with usd651.00 But the credit card company bill me usd800.00, When I call your hotel for verification, they told me I have to wait for 1-2 week to get an answer. I want to speak to the accounts and they are not putting me to the person in charge.

hôtel un peu surprenant par sa décoration plutôt kitch; le personnel est par contre extrêmement courtois et serviable y compris en situation atypique (perte de carte bancaire) Une bonne étape à prix raisonnable pour un centre ville.

Connexion internet très lente comme souvent au Vietnam.

Ubicacion excelente. Cuidan tu seguridad: el personal se aseguró de que el taxi que nos iba a llevar al aeropuerto no era pirata y si era para nosotros. Tuvimos un crucero a ha long por lo que dejamos el hotel por 2 dias y una noche y se ofrecieron a guardar nuestro equipaje hasta el retorno, fantástico!!!!

Excellent breakfast. Well designed rooms.

Comfort: Hotel was freezing cold while outside weather was moderate/rainy. Service: We gave clothes for laundry service, then we had to call to the guest service nr. To get back our clothes. On the first day reception called at 6.45 am to ask whether we would like to have breakfast as room service. We booked a private excursion to Halong Bay at the hotel; the staff was not informed about details of the trip, though the excursion came at a high level price, driver and guide were below that level.

新しいホテルなのでロビー、トイレ、客室ともにきれいで清潔。 モダーンで、センスの良いインテリアーはすばらしい。客室の コンセントは、すべてのプ- ラグに対応しており、アダプターは必要ない。レストランの食器は、白で統一されており、形はとてもユニーク- 。スタッフの対応も良い。

バスルームは清潔で綺麗で申し分ないが、泊まった部屋はバスタブなし。スパは、サウナとシャワーのみなので- 、日本人としては、 ジャクジが欲しいところ。

Not worth it.

Not good service for what you expect. no internet, no breakfast, staff is not good at giving directions/advise about the city. Double charged tax in one of the rooms.
