Having a lot of experience with hotels all over Europe, this hotels is definitely worth 3 stars. Although it is centrally located, it is quiet in a very noisy city. The hotel is clean, it has a modern elevator and the rooms have all the necessary facilities such as hairdryer, minibar and television with multiple foreign channels. The bathroom has a modern shower cabin. The staff was extremely friendly, spoke English well and they were not trying to cheat us or sell us anything we did not want. The E-mail communication before we arrived was perfect, our questions were answered promptly. We had reserved a transfer from the airport to the hotel and although our flight was delayed for 2 hours, the driver was still waiting for us. The breakfast area is quite small. You have to choose one item out of a list of 6-7 dishes. We thought that the breakfast could be better as we are used to a more diversified and bigger breakfast. |

Family owned hotel, the family is trying hard and are extremely pleasant and welcoming. Room is super-clean, internet is free and in every room - you can use network cable if wifi signal is bad, transfer from the airport organized for $15. Our vip room also got fresh fruit every day in the room, water bottles, beers... Breakfast was solid, if a bit poor in choice. I booked 'vip room' based on the description mentioning jacuzzi; unfortunately no such thing in the room, just standard room. Not even sure if they understood when I complained about the lack of jacuzzi. Street side rooms are extremely noisy, even on the 7th floor. |

It's a lovely small family professionally run hotel with all the services of a big hotel, but the added advantage of a personal caring touch. They could not do enough for us, ie extra flowers for my girlfriend, taking her to the hairdressers so she had the right treatment, arranging taxis so we didn't overpay and even paying for a taxi from the airport. I travel the world doing business and this hotel beats them all. It's a must stay hotel, whether having a romantic time or business trip.It is also a great location right in the middle of the city. |
