convenient the bathtub is fixed the wrong way as a result the water from bathing made its way around the bathtub thereby causing water on the floor |

friendly staff! They let us use a room to refresh after we had done a tour and checked out that morning. Cleaning could be better done, and a shower curtain would be nice to have. |

The staff there are very friendly included the boss too. They managed to serve us very well. Their service was excellent. They helped us through the whole trip by showing us the places to go and eat too. It is something we really appreciate so much. Another thing is the cleanliness. It's really perfect clean and my family felt so homely and comfort there. They did a great job indeed. Nothing at all. Everything was good for us. |

1. it's not by the main road like the other hotels so we can sleep well in the evening. hanoi is a city of honks...so this hotel has a great advantage being located in an alley far from the main road/street. 2. there are a lot of local food stalls along the alley so we can easily try local food where it's relatively clean and reliable. |

Sin duda, el trato familiar y atenciones del personal del hotel. También nos ha gustado su ubicación, pués se encuentra cerca de los lugares de interés turístico y en una calle bastante tranquila. El desayuno es correcto pero limitado. |
