Hai Huong Hotel  

Super friendly hotel near the bus station, fantastic value.

Located a bit out of the main centre, but saying that it was near the best section of beach and there were plenty of eating options in the immediate locality.

Staff was not helpful, made us walk miles to find somewhere for breakfast, found out the next day that the hotel offered breakfast!!! Price looked attractive but when you add the price of breakfast it was not very far from everything

quite satisfied with the hotel and the town rent a motorbike and go to explore the desert beach in the north and small bay in the south after leprosy (not worth)

Everything was clean and as advertised but average and old. We stayed one night to break our trip and didn't arrive until 9pm. We left early the next morning. The morning staff member spoke quite good English and she gave us information about getting a bus back to Dieu Tri train station, but it was rather confusing.

The night staff spoke almost no English which made things difficult. Other guests were sitting outside their rooms smoking and the smell permeated the whole building. Our room, although clean, suffered from mould which became worse when it rained. There were motorbikes and jeep parked in the lobby where we ate breakfast. Breakfast was served on a coffee table and wasn't in a proper breakfast setting. The atmosphere was not unfriendly but there was very little warmth in the service. Minimal service all told.

It is family run, an interesting building with high ceilings, curved stairways and very elegant looking. They were helpful friendly and tried hard to communicate. They also booked us ongoing tickets.

As we go north in Vietnam we find more hotels want to keep your passport. I suggest you carry photo copy's that you can give them after showing the orginal. A lot of places don't have a photo copier that works.

The staff were very helpful and eager to practice English with me. They helped me find and organise the bus back to Dieu Tri train station and looked after my bags while I explored the town. Will definitely return.

The location was a bit out of the way but with Quy Nhon it's just a matter of walking 15-20 minutes and taking in the scenery before you reach active nightlife.

Catered to locals, meaning we got local prices for daily coffee (8k) baguettes (2k) (8k) filled. Super friendly, many people were so interested in us. We were the only westerners in the big supermarket. It was a great town, spread out and wide, great for long strolls or walking deserted beach. Real surprise package, worth a few days too get a feel for a lovely Vietnamese city.

Be aware that no one speaks English.

The people running the hotel could not have been more helpful! They were so friendly, kind and hospitable. The room was very basic but at that price it was perfectly ok. Breakfast was not included in the rate but we were able to order it extra and it was served outside our room. Excellent breakfast. We sat at reception in the evening and talked about Vietnam and the lady taught us some Vietnamese. We had lots of laughs.

Semplicemente mi hanno trattato come fossi il re d'Italia, prima dell'unita' naturalmente. Vip traetement. Tutto ottimo, gentilezza, pulizia, silenzio. Scegliete le camere al terzo piano, silenziose e pulite. Ottima posizione vicino alla strazione autobus e con un bus da poco si raggiunge la stazione dei treni che porta ovunque.

Large, clean room (I had booked an "economy double room" but none was available, so I was given a better room for the same price). Nice quiet coffee shops around the hotel. Helpful staff (yet the communications through Google Translations require some knowledge of the Vietnamese pronouns).
