Location - it is very near to city shopping area and lake. The soup served during the breakfast was really tasty. The noise (was it from roadwork?) from the roadside made during one of the midnights was terribly loud and lasted for more than 1 hour. The breakfast served at the hotel is the same for all the 4 mornings we stayed. |

Great staff. Located on a quiet street so you get to sleep! Nothing, really. Wi-Fi internet works only in the hall, though. But they have two computer for the customers. |

the stuff has been friendly the hotel needs a renovation - in the bathroom drops water from the ceiling, a big brown spot on the ceiling - the bathroom equipment is old and not hygienic and clean enough - the hotel stuff lied to me in terms of the taxi costs and charged money from the taxi driver behind my back that i had to pay him later at the airport - the internet connection didn´t work in the room |

hotel stuff is very friendly. Even if Our request is a bit difficult thing, they tried to live up to our expectation. Its bit difficult to find this hotel. because hotel entrance is very small and many streets are crossing on the way to hotel. |

We booked our room for two nights over the net from Australia. Our flight was delayed 7 hours so we were stuffed when we arrived at Midnight. The cab drove into the street where the hotel is and we thought, what have we done! The usual mattresses on the floor and our room was full of rising damp. We could hardly sleep for the smell. The next morning we packed up at 7am ready to leave, the staff couldn't believe we were going as we had booked for 2 nights. They convinced us to have a look at another room, it was great, really big, our own computer, bathroom fine and only $25. We moved in and our stay was great. The staff were great, the reception looked great in the morning, Would recommend because of the value for money. |

Friendly staff, cleanlliness, no high pressure anything, nice breakfast, near everything. You will pleased with the place. When I was drunk it was hard to find, but sober, easy to find. But maybe that was my fault. |

The bedrooms were large, with clean bathrooms, clean floors, good AC and ceiling fan, TV and fridge & Internet . Bottled water and Tea ,coffee was complimentary in room. The rooms were cleaned daily, which was great because everyday when we came back to the room we just want to sleep and relax . Tony and all staff of hotel were so great to us. Tony was always smiling and pleasant and always double checked to see if we needed anything, be it a taxi, food, directions, you name it. Breakfast was delicious and fresh too. I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel for enjoy ,relaxting at comfortable and friendly staff it adds such a personal charm to your trip. Thank you for your treats us like home Away from from home |

Situated in Old town, very close to main sightseengs. Good rooms. Very friendly personnel - they helped to organize several tours (cheaper than in internet) and even gave room for some time to take shower for free in the day when we didn't ave reservation. |

The hotel overcharges for everything. The price of the room is not justified and they charge too much for pick up @ the airport when the flat rate is USD15 from just outside the airport. |

The staff at Hanoi capital were really friendly and very helpful. They arranged pick ups for us and gave us good information on the area. A very comfortable hotel, with comfy beds and a clean bathroom! I feel that we were overcharged for our Halong Bay trip. We paid $135 per person when others on the trip paid USD$70 -$90 for an identical package. But that was my fault for not shopping around. I did mention to the hotel and they gave me a complimentary lift to the aiport, which is quite a way away, so I was happy with that. |
