スタッフ全員に教育が行き届いており、英語が苦手な私にも丁寧に情報を教えてくれ、たいへん優秀なホテルで- した。部屋のWi- Fi電波も強く、日本とのメールやりとりなど全く不自由を感じませんでした。毎日、お部屋にはマンゴーやバ- ナナなどのフルーツが補充され、おいしくエネ- ルギー補充が出来ました。 旧市街地の繁華街のど真ん中に位置しており、水上人形劇にも数分でたどり着くことができ、コストパフォーマ- ンスに大変優れた- ホテルであると思います。ハノイを満喫出来ました。

I liked the attitude of the stuff: everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I didn't like the absence of the window which I could open for the fresh air to come & not very powerful conditioner. Wi-fi signal is also very low.

- The location was good. - Hotel is clean. - Staff is friendly. - Free wifi - Contrary to the booking.com website the room was not 35 m2, but 15 m2. Which is quite small -There was no safe in the room (while we expected one, based on the specifications of the booking website). - Bathroom was soaking wet after a shower. - Wifi was not working for a day. - No double bed, but two separate beds. - Poor breakfast. Only the Pho was edible.

The staff adviced us with regards to the cruise in halong bay and arranged everything for us. No fresh juice for breakfast, but i guess this is almost everywhere in hotels in Vietnam (strange as you can find it even on the streets)

The new feel about the hotel, everything was in a good functioning order, no apparent signs of wear and tear. No PVC windows and all the street noise penetrated easily into the room.

The staff were exceptional. When I was ill they drove me to a chemist ti get tablets. The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel organised our trip to Halong Bay and it was the hightlight of our trip.Just great.

The hotel staffs are exceptionally excellent. Hotel manager at elegance ruby Mr Dung or something iin charge on 23 nov and reception staffs were extremely helpful. Will definitely come back to your hotel chain and recommend to family and friends. We were so impressed!

Great location for seeing the major tourist attractions in Hanoi. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Our room was small but quite adequate. The free wi-fi included a laptop in the room to use. That was an unexpected bonus. The large flat screen TV with a good variety of channels was also more than expected. One of the best things about any hotel is that we had great water pressure and nice hot water in the shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The room was a bit small but certainly adequate so no real complaints.

The staff really were wonderful and breakfast was quite good. They were extremely helpful with helping us organize a trip to Halong Bay for 1 night. The rooms are small, and the beds very comfortable (if you like semi-hard beds)!

Nice and helpful staff. I booked my trip to Halong Bay via the hotel that was also good. Location is great. Room was a bit small but I had only a small backpack so it was ok. Might not be if you are 2 persons with suitcases.

Central hotel in old quarter of Hanoi. Within walking distance of several good restaurants and a short taxi ride from the Ho Chi Mihn centre & mausoleum. We had a good quiet room and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff were excellent and very, very friendly and the most helpful i have experienced for a while. Nothing! Everything was fantastic - treated like kings and queens! Lovely breakfast too. And would recommend it to all my friends who come to Hanoi!
