Food in the hotel did not get me sick

1) Extremely foul stench while walking in the corridor. The stench was so overwhelming I nearly threw up. 2) Exceptionally poor service by reception staff. 2.1) Atrociously slow response from level 1 restaurant even when i am the only patron 3) Rooms are not up to pullman standard (Check Bangkok) 4) Toilet bowl was dirty when i checked in 5) Bed is of unacceptable standards. 6) Reservation made for king Size bed, however upon arrival was informed that no rooms with king size bed available. The list can go on forever.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and easy to talk with. 5 stars just in that respect.

I really enjoyed my second stay at the Horison Hotel. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the restaurant is amazing. If you need somewhere to stay for business or somewhere to get away from the busy city center of Hanoi, this is the place. When you look at the map, this hotel isn't in the city center however, there are taxi's waiting out the front for you every day. The pool is beautiful for a relaxing dip after a busy hot day in the city.

The tour desk isn't helpful at all. You will need to travel into the city center to book tours. I recommend go asia or Kangaroo Tours.

Lovely breakfast although getting staff to understand boiled eggs was hard going. The pool was great although when I asked for a cushion she put one on every other lounger but ours.

Do not go to Horison for a relaxing few days before refurbishment finishes in October as you will be disappointed with the banging and drilling till 7pm every day. Also do not pay extra for club facilities till October as it is rubbish the club room upstairs is being refurbished so they have combined the club with main bar on ground floor. Had to ask for snacks and cleared our own table. Never again, Were not told the hotel was being completely refurbished.

La ubicación muy mala, en medio de una zona pobre que llega a ser incomodo circular a pie pues todos te miran como que te van a asaltar. Lejos de Malls y del aeropuerto

Las zapatillas de la habitación son re-usadas. Además el anagrama ya estaba casi borrado.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach traumhaft und nicht zu überbieten!

Nice infinity pool, gym and they had a spa which was due to open very shortly. Good breakfasts. Very large rooms and bathrooms with massive double showers. Very clean, huge soft beds.

The hotel was a ten minute taxi into the old quarter so not so good if you want to be in the thick of the restaurants and bars, great if you don't mind being out of the noise. The restaurant food wasnt great for dinner, but with so many restaurants in the city this didn't bother us at all.

Who's the smart guy that designed the showers? I have never seen anything so stupid.

The hotel were nice and clean. Maybe a little worn out rooms in need of renovation. The breakfirst buffe were also nice.

Room condition it is very old what was really annoying me this time was the air conditioner it was not working properly and hotel couldn' t fix it caused I had to change the room.
