Outstanding sports facilities, specially the gym, nice bf The works in that moment, and a little far from the center, however a taxi only costs 2-3 dollars. No free internet.

The food at the restaurant was excellent The jacuzzi/recreation facilities was old, not clean and the maintenance was bad. Room was ok, gave the impression of being a luxurious old hotel and but haven't kept up with time. The small bottle in the minibar was only half full (somebody had been drinking of them, or the bottles had been there too long) Compared to the price, it's ok.

Free upgrade for suite, very comfortable room, good service , friendly staff There was renovation ongoing in the hotel which was not declared on booking.com, therefore some infrastructure was not working and there was some noise. Not a problem for the business traveller, but as a family I would have been unhappy.

good service, nice staff the tourist man in lobby is disgusting, tried to take all money to it's own pocket. When I want to change the flight ticket, he refused to give back my money. but finally after I requested with loud voice,he give back some percentage with disgusting attitude.

The hotel leaves a very good impression! Great breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff. For Hanoi, this hotel is a little cheaper. In the lobby of the hotel orange juice in a small cup is $ 4.

The Bell Staff and Clean Staff was good ,but the rest were not very friendly. The entry hall ...a real 5 star entry . The check-in is very difficult if you did`t book some days before .The entry hall is very luxury and nice ,but that was all of the 5 star hotel ...the rest is max 3 star . If you take the breakfast and internet it`s not a good deal. we had 2 other 5 star in Vietnam and they are realy 5 star...for the same price (when you take BF and Internet)

The beds were extremely comfortable and the views of Hanoi from the 12 th floor were fantastic The cost of the internet $12 for 24 hours with a block on skype. We had not come across this before in my two trips to Vietnam

vi havde valgt Horison Hotel fordi det var et af de få med svimming pool.Det var nødvendigt pga de 39 grader vi var forsynet med under vores ophold.
