Located in the centre of Hanoi city, Hanoi Imperial Hotel is within a few minutes’ walk to Ngoc Son Temple, Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, and the well-known Hoan Kiem Lake. Proximity to old town, the city highlights and closeness to a large number of good restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful If anything, the motorbikes in front of reception!

Good Internet Very nice staff Good room size Lots to English TV channels Free fruit and water in room Breakfast included The room interior design little bit dated Shower cubicle too low in height but ok for someone less then 1.9m tall. The price was slightly high for this standard of hotel should have been around $60 per night to be good value

Friendly staff and good location which is close to tourist attractions. I like the big family room they gave as there were 3 of us traveling. Nice gesture of placing a real rosé in the bathroom and offering free fruit everyday which is varied. Lift smells of urine. Path leading to hotel is dusty and uneven.

The staff were very welcoming. The rooms were quite large with comfortable bed. Bathroom was large, clean and plenty of hot water with good pressure. The entrance to the hotel was muddy duevo roadworks and it was difficult o be past the many motorcycles parked out front.

Room was fine but not clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location Poor breakfast. Not clean room and the sheets were uncleaned as well.

Fantastic location. It was on one of the quieter street in the center of the old quarter. Walking distance even for our 6 and 4 year olds to the lake, shops, and the water puppet theatre. Staff were all very helpful. They put us in a room with an extra bed even when we didn't ask for it, and didn't charge us for it.

Second staying, staff warmly welcome after Halong bay trip with welcome drink. All big suite case we left at hotel store free of charge. Tour desk guide asked us how was the trip? Just one word: Excellent- Halong bay so beautiful, seafood crazy delicious. All in well-done. Thanks Hanoi Imperial Hotel's staff who made our trip wonderful. You are the best hotel in around the word!

スタッフの方が親切でした。19日参加のハロン湾ツアーの英語のガイドさんの気配りが良かったです。 参加ツアーバスの運転手の運転が追い越しが多く怖かった。

Чистый, хороший отель. Хорошие завтраки, приветливый персонал. Организовали раннее заселение без дополнительной платы. Так же встретили в аэропорту.

Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, vor der Hoteltüre geginnt Hanoi bzw. Vietnam. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausserordentlich aufmerksam und freundlich. Sehr sauberes und trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhiges Hotel. Absolut empfehlenswert ! Da direkt vor der Hoteltüre das wahre vietnamesische Leben beginnt, kann der Zugang tlw. Vor lauter abgestellter Motorräder sehr umständlich und mühsam sein.

excellent petit déjeuner avec un personnel des plus sympatiques proximité d'un quartier animé d'hanoi l'amabilité du personnel la poussiere ambiante liée à de nombreux chantiers en cours la baignoire....

Отлично принимают, большие хорошие номера, в центре, но не шумно, поскольку немного на боковой улочке. Такси в аэропорт предлагают дороже, чем это стоит.

市内中心の場所がよい。設備、朝食はふつう。 1泊目の翌朝に停電。夕方まで復旧せず、8階の食堂まで階段を上らされる。メールも不通。それに対する料金- 割引や謝罪はなし。 空港迎えの車両代4人乗りに変更したにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時に7人乗りを請求。メールの控えがあ- ったので、訂正させたが、管理がずさん。水上人形劇のチケットを頼んでOKしたにもかかわらず、チケットが- 取れず。女性スタッフが無責任。劇場に直接行ったらチケットは取れた。とにかくスタッフの対応がずさんに尽- きる。

従業員の対応は、丁寧かつ迅速で良かった。部屋も清潔感がある。朝食（ブッフェ）の品数も十分であった。ロ- ケーションは、ホアンキエム湖、大教会、旧市街に近く、観光には好都合であった。 泊った部屋（２階）は、隣の建物との関係で、部屋の窓が小さく、若干暗い感じ。日中部屋に滞在するような時- は、気になるかも。

Прекрасное месторасположение для обзора городских достопримечательностей. Очень дружелюбный и предупредительный персонал. Замечательные номера. Полное соответствие цена-качество. Немного шумновато с улицы. Но это не проблема при интенсивных прогулках. Скудноват завтрак, для трешки соответствует.
