the friendly receptionists are always helpful and informative the room was not cleaned properly. most surfaces were quite dusty. the shower is very basic and difficult, more like a place for a guesthouse than hotel.

the receptionists were all very friendly and helpful, offered trust worthy tour recommendations and motorbike renting arrangements. the housekeeping did not do the best job.

The most helpful staff I have ever come across at any hotel. They help with tours & trips, book train tickets, sort taxi to & from airport, give you tips on where to eat, what to see and really make you feel special. The hotel is in a great location, just 150metres from the lake and in a quieter part of town than the centre of the Old Quarter. The hotel sign still says Hanoi Old Centre Hotel.

Very friendly place, very clean, great location, nice rooms, ... I have been told that the rooms facing street can be a bit noisy because of traffic, but higher floor ones are fine.

The staff at this hotel are the friendliest I have ever come across. Always willing to help, asking how our day was and if there was anything they could do to help us. Really really brilliant. If I go back to Hanoi I will most certainly stay here again. The location is brilliant, in the heart of the old town, but the hotel was quiet - and some cheap and nice restaurants nearby. Nothing. The beds were quite hard to sleep on - but it wouldnt prevent me from staying there again.

We stayed at Hanoi Old Centre Hotel in December. It lived up to all our expectations, we were more than welcome by friendly and generous staff, they guided us nice places to visit, good restaurants for lunch and dinner which are near by hotel. We also liked the location, it's convenient and quiet street. Our room was comfortable and provided all we need included free wifi in the room. We planed our ruturn visit.

персонал хорошо говорит по английски, дружелюбный и приветливый. если берете доставку то оплата включается в счет номера что очень удобно. единственное что было так это ошиблись с tween номером, так как сайт не указывает в заказе тип номера на англ языке, по этому если твин, то уточняйте в письме, но персонал пошел на встречу и нашел выход даже с учетом что остальные номера были разобраны

La localización es muy adecuada. El personal perfecto, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y siempre con una sonrisa. El viaje a Halong Bay que puedes contratar en el mismo hotel, imprescindible. Repetiré, y aconsejaría ademas este hotel sin ninguna duda. Durante el viaje he visitado muchos hoteles, a menudo tres veces mas caros, y en ningún otro me he sentido mejor tratado que en este.

Exellent hotel and this hotel is much much more better than my expected. Superb staff, supers rooms and extremely lovely for all. We are very happy to stay at this lovely hotel and we rate this hotel 10/ 10 and highly recommend this hotel for sure!

Väldigt trevlig personal. Enkel frukost, men helt OK. Läget nära Hoam Kiem Lake helt oslagbart. Litet tråkig gata, flera hotell. Mitt över gatan spelade någon dock piano varje morgon, vilket var underbart. Jag stannade på rummet extra bara för det. Men det var tidigt på morgonen... Utmärkt hotell för att ta del av Hanoibornas morgonträning i parken runt sjön. Missa inte det! Mellan 0630 och 0800 ungefär.
