Generally, good place to stay. When i just came and had no local money in hand, i changed some dollars on reception and the rate was 1:20 000. The same time i paid for the room in advance, the rate on the bill was 1:21 000. Not a big deal, but pretty strange to me. When i asked about ironing - was told, that they can iron my clothes. When i brought my shirt, i was offered to borrow an iron to do it by myself. 0_o

I hightly recommend the hanoi luxor hotel, I stayed 02 nights in my holiday in Hanoi.The staff was amazing. they went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious. Customer service was attentif. it was great value.Location was good for walking around, near the Hoan Kiem Lake, shopping centre.I loved this hotel and will come back soon

The staff were fantastic. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bellman even accompanied my son across the road to show him how to buy yoghurt. The staff in the breakfast room were also very friendly. Great wi fi access Water went cold too soon when having a shower

Our 4 day stay was ok, good room on 3rd floor, the flexibility of the hotel staff for taking care of 3x movement of our luggage when we did some trips. Also the breakfast buffet with lots of choices (vietnamese/international) good. the quality/price of their late night pizza service

Very helpful staff; quick check-in and check-out and the rooms were very clean, quiet and the air-conditioning worked beautifully. Good spot to stay in the Old Town in Hanoi but on a less used side road, making for a peaceful night's rest.

Неплохое месторасположение, достаточно удобно добираться до центра города. Относительно чисто. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Плохая звукоизоляция, слышно, каждое движение за дверью. Отсутствие окон в номерах.

For mig det er gammel var det svært at finde vejen tl lamen og tl age. Det var længere end jeg troede. Men ellers var alt udmærket også morgenmad.

Die Lage im Altstadtviertel ist optimal für Besichtigungen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt an der Rezeption nur eine Person, die sehr gut Englisch spricht. Ein Zimmer ohne Fenster schafft eine gewisse "Bunkeratmosphäre", und obwohl wir den Fensterwunsch deponiert hatten, haben wir kein Zimmer mit Fenster erhalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mittelmäßig.
