It was close to the most important areas of the city. Working computer and internet in the room. Rather clean. Nothing important went missing. DVD player and large TV with cable. Free printing service. The staff is nice, but always lied about prices (taxi, exchange rate) and distances, so that I should use their services. However, everyone does in VN and negotiation is the only option. Towels could be cleaner. Fruit basket = 2 pieces of fruit/person, not a basket (+they stole my fruit from the room). The disco is a bit loud. |

location, very friendly staff and eager to please some changes made to my schedule were not communicated to all of the staff. A renovation gave comsiderable amount of noise during the day (starting at 7 AM). |

Habitaciones limpias, y el trato fue bueno, esta bien situado pero hay una discoteca justo abajo muy ruidosa Aconsejo no contratar ningun tour en el hotel, intentan vendertelos bastante mas caros que en cualquier cafe de la ciudad. |

La situacion, en pleno barrio antiguo de Hanoi, escondido entre las callejuelas llenas de tiendas y sitios para comer. Esta justo encima de un club nocturno, hasta las 00:30 de la noche se oye la musica del club, a veces es insoportable. El desayuno es flojo, poca variedad y poca comida. |

Пожалуйста, напишите как минимум 15 слов Номер стандарт - это самый плохой вариант проживания в этом отеле,все грязно,номер маленький,полотенца старые и с дырками. В первый раз в этом отеле останавливались в делюксе,сделали бы хотя бы как в этой категории номеров. |

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Hotel verrechnet bei Kreditkartenzahlung 3% auf die Kosten dazu. Es gibt keinen PC am Zimmer. Das Zimmer war über einer Diskothek = sehr laut(!) Die Lage des Hotels war nicht besonders gut. |
