Exellent room for money & great location in heart of Hanoi with only minor traffic noise. Clean & tidy & a little beyond expecations of a 3 star hotel. Small indoor pool is a bonus although we did not use. Shower |

It was ok. I was expecting a bit more considering the price and the competition. I don't think I would go back. Better options elsewhere. |

The staffs are very nice and helpful! Good communication too prior to arrival. However the hotel is located in the middle of the old quarter which is pretty old and noisy. |

Enjoyed Lisa at the desk and her helpfulness. Kind to provide maps, good English and arranged for vans to/;from airport. Would recommend staying there because it is close to the shopping area and you can easily walk. Also it was not noisy as it is on a road that is pretty quiet at night. Did not try the pool...no windows there...just the room with a sitting area around it. As for the hotel room....generous space in triple and comfortable. Bathrooms are basic, but clean. Breakfast was very slow and just ok. Poor attitude of server. No smile or welcoming feeling. Would be more efficient to have coffee/tea and drinks available on self serve and order meals. |

Excellent hotel staff! Helpful and trustworthy The hot water wasn't working. Water pressure was extremely low. Showers had to be taken quickly. |

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and honest. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Having internet in the room was great. The breakfast could be improved by having choice on set menus instead of individual orders. |

Huge, clean rooms. With internet facilities in the room (including a PC). It s right in the centre of Hanoi; lots of people outside the hotel selling fruit and stuff. Very very busy roads, but safe. At start, you feel like "where am I" but then you realise that that is the beauty of Hanoi and the hotel is right in the centre of that. I tipped the guy that carried my luggage with (to be honest) something small since i did not have any bigger change on me. He gave it back to me and was asking me for more. He even offered to give me change from a 20 euro note!! I found this unacceptable. |

We stayed in a deluxe suite which was very satisfactory. Free use of computer and internet IN the room is also a big plus. Staff are lovely and breakfast is a la carte and pretty good. Would recommend. The location is not bad but there are definitely hotels nearer the hustle and bustle. Deluxe rooms are only accessible by stairs so really not suitable for the elderly or those with joint problems. Street noise can be pretty loud but that is probably true of most hotels in Hanoi |

I appreciated the location and the helpful and friendly staff. Yes I think it is too noisy late in the evening and early in the morning in some areas. Particularly above our room it was very very noisy and therfore not as relaxing after long days. I did speak to staff but nothing changed. Noise should be considedered. |

Warm, caring, very efficient staff. Personal touch in service as well as in rooms. Room was huge and decorated with a good taste. Swimming pool in a small hotel middle of the city is a big plus when travelling with kids! Great value for your money. There was a generator or something causing some noise into the room- not bad anyways. Who wears used dirty slippers? In my opinion, it's like using someone else's tootbrush. Better to remove them or to offer disposable ones. |
