Hanoi Paradise Hotel  

Spacious rooms, very clean, service-oriented staff and a nice indoor pool (albeit very cold). The shower was the best of a whole month in Vietnam.

first night had room out front and didnt sleep very well noise all night long they had no bodder changing our room to back next day

the receptionist was excellent abilitu to book tours and services at the hotel. organisation excellent

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We did however have a little problem of them moving us to the newer Paradise hotel (without the pool) as they had made an error with the bookings. They were very apologetic however we had to rearrange a few bookings we had made as a consequence (getting picked up by other companies for trips etc). The staff helped us with all of that and the rooms they gave us were great.

Just the fact that we were placed in the hotel without the pool. We had specifically chosen the hotel because of the pool and we have two teenage children.

We enjoyed our stay for the confort, size of rooms, swimming pool and very nice and helpful people. The computer I m writing with, in the room is a more appreciable

The location is good to go out but in small streets with a lot of traffic and difficult for cars to go.

Staff were super friendly! We had left chargers in a hotel 400km away, and between them the hotels had them back in our hands within a day for $5! At first hotel the aircon was dead, and they moved us, at no cost to thier sister hotel and gave us some fruit as an apology. Vietnamese people are brilliant.

I decided to book Hanoi Paradise Hotel after reading the reviews on the hotel. I took the best decision. The hotel is excellent. The staff is not only friendly but efficient. Any request is dealt with inmediately; the rooms are big, comfortable and clean; it has a swimming pool and even a massage facility. I had a very pleasent experience. With no doubt I recommend this hotel for people willing to stay at the old town in Hanoi.

For $45 a night this hotel was excellent! We were upgraded to a vip room which was huge - double bed, single bed, baby cot, sofas and table, computer and desk, large bathroom with bathtub. We were happy from the minute we walked in and got fabulous service at the reception desk. The room was clean and comfortable. Fresh little fruit plate in the room everyday and free 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was good - you order from a menu and it is all included in the room cost. The location is excellent - right in the old quarter and you can walk around at night and find great restaurants and market shops. We booked an airport transfer with the hotel and got a large van and it cost only $2 more than the small taxi we had caught from the airport by ourselves. I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone and I would go back if we returned to Hanoi.

They have a pool there but it was hot heated (I think it was meant to be) and it was way to cold for us to use - this was a shame. Would be better if they could do fresh juice with breakfast instead of fake juice/cordial. Also they need to use less cooking oil when making omlettes. They also need a baby chair/highchair in the breakfast room. They need to put some regular tea bags in the room and larger mugs/cups for making tea - they only had this awful lotus tea and the tiniest tea cups.

The staff &the two ladies at reception were fantastic & helpfull I would recommend this hotel just for the staff .I ask them about the water puppet show next thing I had the tickets in my hand for my family at no extra cost that is just one example from the the staff . All the staff at this hotel was a 1 thanks you guys made our visit to Hanoi memorable the Wilson family

La situation mais il ne faut pas y rester plus de 2 jours .

,Très bruyant et pollué beaucoup de circulation. Nous avions réservé 2 mois avant notre départ une excursion avec guide parlant français et a l'arrive pas de guide français.La piscine est très froide les enfants n'ont pas y rester . nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine pour les enfants(elles sont pas frileuses) mais cela ne vaut pas le coup car vraiment trop froide.

La situation de l'hôtel est idéal, les chambres sont propres, spacieuse et confortables. Le staff est très compétent, accueillant, parlant très bien anglais et même un peu français !

구시가지에 위치하여 하노이의 일상을 구경하기 좋습니다. 특히, 여러 종류의 상점들이 즐비하여 아기자기하게 많은 물건을 살 수 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고, 아침 식사로 나오는 베트남 국수는 맛있습니다.

아침 식단에 빵은 좀 더 좋은 것으로 구비해 주었으면 합니다.

Son charme désuet en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Son calme.

L'absence de vue mais c'est la conséquence de l'architecture de la vieille ville et il vaut mieux ne pas être sur rue !

Uitstekende service, zelfs toen we om 6 uur in de ochtend aankwamen konden we al in de kamer (ik realiseer me dat er dan wel plaats moet zijn maar het zou formeel natuurlijk nog niet hoeven. De ligging is geweldig, midden in het centrum waar alles gebeurd. Geen herrie door goede isolatie

Chambre confortable, petit dej acceptable. Hotel bien situe et personnel disponible. Une piscine petite mais bien agreable apres une journee de marche dans les rues de Hanoi.

Le petit dej pourrait etre ameliore.

Très bon accueil, bon petit-déjeuner, bonne situation, bon service, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Svært hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Beliggenhet sentralt, gangavstand til Kiem-sjøen.

Ikke noe spesielt, vi har nå bodd der ved flere tilfeller og kommer til å benytte hotellet også neste gang!

Malgré le commentaire indiquant que l'on voulait des chambres avec lits jumeaux on nous avait réservé une des 2 chambres avec 1 grand lit Pas d'ascenseur malgré 4 étages de chambres

On a choisi cet hôtel plus cher dans sa catégorie pour sa petite piscine intérieure mais impossible de se baigner tellement l'eau était froide !

Quiet place, close to main parts of the city. You will not be dissapointed by the service and helpness you will receive from all the staff. I surely would come back to this hotel

More variety of food at breakfast

旧市街のど真ん中という立地は、朝から夜まで車や人の流れが絶えず、歩道が露店でいっぱいという旧市街の猥- 雑さがアジアらしくてよいと思うか思わないかで評価は分かれると思う。ホテルそのものは、中に入ると外の喧- 噪は全く聞こえず、こじんまりとして静かなホテルです。従業員もフレンドリーで気軽に会話できる。ホアンキ- ム湖まで歩いて行けたり、金～日のナイトマーケットが目の前で見られるなど便利はよい。

シャワースペースの引き違いの戸の建て付けが悪く隙間ができるため、知らずにシャワーを使っていると水が外- に漏れて浴室の床が濡れる。気が付いてからはシャワーを戸に向けないように使ったが、直した方がよい。
