The room was damp, though at the time the city was having the worst rainfall it had had for 35 years so I don't think that this is usual. |

Price/quality was ok. Small hotel right in the middle of the old quarter The staff is really busy with selling their trips to Halong Bay and sapa. The trips are too expensive and they keep trying to sell, annoying! |

The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English and were always ready to help. We booked a tour to Halong Bay with the hotel and were lead to believe that we would be on a smaller boat. The trip, all in all, was rather disappointing and we felt we had been mislead. Also, we asked the hotel to book our train tickets and we ended up paying twice as much as if we had booked them at the train station or another travel agents. |

location room air conditioning was not service regulary. Sometime the room was not cool. |

The Manager was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. He took a lot of the legwork out of plans by organising our tours and overnight train tickets out of Hanoi even to the point where he escorted us to the train station and made sure that we were safely on board the train before saying goodbye. |

Very friendly staff, very good located in the old center of Hanoi. Many nice restaurants located in walking distance. Clean but basic rooms, rooms with view are bigger. |
