早朝のﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄでも対応が迅速だったほか、朝食のレストラン、ドアマンなど、よく動いており、気持ち- が良かった。 ホテルの苦情ではなく、ホテルから乗ったタクシー（ハノイホテルのロゴがドアにある）が、料金をごまかし、- かつ指摘すると、服をつかみ怒ってきたこと。ホテルの信用下落につながりかねない。車両は、30N5950- （17th/sep午前中の乗車)
