Room is very small and dark.

Friendly and helpful staff, although they sometimes forget to do things you have asked, like booking a restaurant table.

Hotel is poorly insulated towards the corridor, so very noisy. Many noisy Malaysian muslims sitting in corridor talking for hours early and late hours. Making sleep impossible. Complained to reception. Was offered a new room, but they just have told the guests to keep quiet. Wifi not working late evenings.

Perfect location for Muslim traveler since halal restaurants is just in front of the hotel.

You can hear people walking and talking outside your room, a bit noisy and annoying especially early in the morning

The staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. The location is approx. 200-300 metres from Ben Than markets and easy walking distance to other main attractions, shopping, speciality stores. I had a standard room which met my needs (sleep/shower), was very clean and I didn't experience any noise.

The noise from the restaurant above our room on the 8th floor woke us up very early

The best was the friendliness of the staff. Service was excellent. Breakfast included was good, there were always complimentary water bottles in room, and location was excellent.

The only minus was that the rooms had no sound-isolation at all. There were noisy people in next room, so we could not sleep well.

Happy with most things regarding this hotel, breakfast was good and the staff were well spoken. Clean and tidy and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

I had read about the taxi scams that we should avoid especially from the airport, so I made sure I organised an airport transfer from the hotel on our arrival to hcmc. I even emailed a few days before our trip and was assured there would be a driver present. However no driver. I was quite distressed and rang the hotel who told me it had been overlooked. I took a taxi, paid more then I should of. After showing the staff the email I had received only days before they were very apologetic but I felt very disgruntled. They did not offer any compensation not even a free transfer back. Welcome to Vietnam....

nice and clean,there is 24hrs shop with ATM,just 5min to the market,and big breakfast!!

small room and no view window,when you open the window,just can see only wall.....but for this money in center of Ho chi Minh,cant expect more special:)

Excellent location between the main city centre & backpackers area, good price value/relationship, walking distance to almost all big sights, good breakfast with a wide choice, nice hotel staff, internet access in all rooms (and also 2 desktop PCs in the lobby)

water temperature in the bathroom was a bit tricky to handle...

our room was very clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful

We stayed here for 1 night and the service was perfect. The hotel is nice and clean. The people are very friendly. We arrived early in the morning and we could get an early check-in

Hotel staff was very accommodating. They respond to emails so you can contact them prior to your booking.

The shower area was not well-lit.

Close to ben than market. Vinasun taxi always available in front of hotel. 2 halal restaurans well located in front of hotel. Hotel staff s friendly & helpful.

Hotel Restaurant is claimed as halal. But, unfortunately not all food in the restaurant is halal. U have to ask which food is halal since they're all mixed up. So to all muslims, please be careful.

Deluxe rooms are very good. Superior us without window.

Superior room

The friendliness of the staff. It was our honeymoon and they made a real effort - specially decorating the room. Very friendly and very helpful.

The fact that it has a similar name to the hotel down the road Hoang Hai Long 1. But this is not a complaint.

stuffs are nice and kind, and breakfast is good and lot of vrieties.

Noisy room near to elevators, no wifi availability in the room, very tiny rooms, no water pressure on the higher floors

Hoang Hai Long 2 is located near a number of restaurants as well as the markets. We were able to walk to most of the major museums and sights in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff are friendly and helpful.
