Hoang Hai Long 2 Hotel  

Отличное расположение, в номерах чисто и уютно, очень дружелюбный персонал, практически все могут изъясняться на сносном английском, на ресепшене без проблем распечатали документик

Wi-Fi в номере работал крайне нестабильно (вероятно это зависит от этажа), в лобби интернет был вполне сносным, завтраки скудные и ресторан для завтрака открыт с 6:00 до 9:30, любителям поспать подольше это неудобно, цена могла бы быть и дешевле, обратите внимание что некоторые номера в отеле без окон

Удобное расположение, приветливый персонал, хороший и разнообразный завтрак. В номере чисто, мебель новенькая, не убитая. Все исправно работает.

Номер маленький, крошечное окошко выходит в некий внутренний двор размером 1м*0.3м, туда же выходит и оконце ванной. Тонкие стенки номеров, поэтому прекрасная слышимость соседей.

Комнаты чистые, персонал услужливый, стараются помогать

Бронировали номер, которого не оказалось при въезде, искренне считаю, сто букинг существует именно для бронирования того, что нужно клиенту, стоит провести работу с отелем.

Near ben tahn market but I found out there are more good hotels near ben tahn.

I have been into booking.com most of my travel but this is my worst experience because I was humiliated by a front desk staff named tran. I got 3 rooms thru your site and I was travelling with my husband, brother who stayed in room 2 and my niece and friend who stayed in room 3. we arrived in the hotel 1:30 am of sept 4. I requested for an adjacent rooms but they did not comply since it was fully booked. When I went to my room, aircon was not functioning so I and my husband transferred to my brother's room and I brought along the hotel's bathrobe to his room. In the morning, hotel fixed the aircon and and I brought back the robe to my room that pm. The rooms of my brother and my niece were checked out on sept 6 12 noon. Hotel checker said where is the robe? So I handed to him my robe. We stayed in my room cause we retained it till 6 pm . the time we checked out, checker said robe in my room was lacking. I told him I gave it to the one who checked my brothers room. I told tran, the impolite staff at front desk to search our luggage but he said they will call police and he said "all rooms have bathrobes!!!" It was a blessing for me that after 5 minutes, a filipino couple in room 201 came and I told them my situation. They offered to look at their room if there were robes. So accompanied by bellboy, huu, 4 of us went to room 201 and behold, no robes in there. Right there huu asked for an apology. When we went down again and he told front desk guy, the other staff asked for apology but never tran!! There are other hotels near the market who do not have unruly staff like tran. Do not stay there oh!!! Another ONE,i saw a cockroach on the beam when I had my buffet breakfast. I told waitress, she answered, oh, we are near market. No sorry words like tran:((. But I tell you, their market is clean. Went there for 3 days and I didn't see a roach!!!! Passport they also keep till you check out. Strange rules!!!

Clean and safety

I like all about this hotel. Just want give 1 suggestion: the bathroom always sinking.....when I take a shower, the water full in the bathroom.......very late to go down.....hope the hotel can improve this problem....i came twice to this hotel...and same problem I face

Very good location, clean room and bed, but room is a bit small. But nice to stay 1 or 2 nights as Ho Chi Minh really has not so many to see. And helpful staff

The staff at the front desk could be a little unfriendly. Well actually, in the morning (at around 8am) when we arrived, the same girl was helpful and friendly. But at around 2pm, she was already grouchy. Maybe she was just attending to too many guests.

* Great Location - travel easily to city, * Cleanliness - comfortable stay, provide basics and important needs in the room. * Taxi - Calling for Taxi was fast and efficient.

*Staff could improve on communication skill (English) . *There is a problem with my door lock during our last day at the hotel (Heard beeping sound before we check out the hotel(lucky enough), or else the beeping sound of the door lock will cause noise distruption during our stay. I understand from the staff that the door lock run out of battery and that we need to replace the card access with key. I suggest the staff to check door lock to ensure no problems. *Staff can recommend tourist more selection of recommended restaurants or places of interest. *I Book 2 rooms during our stay at hotel. Staff allow us to check in one of the room earlier at for 30mins under our request, but took extra 35 minsto check in time for the 2nd rooms. We appreciated the early book in for the first room but it would be better if 2nd room was check in exactly on time. *It would be better to have wider selection of Breakfast buffet
