central location and facilities

The location was excellent . Five minutes to the old quarters which made looking for food and shopping very convenient. Earlier we did looked around for others which were nearer to the beach but found them being too far away from the city. The hotel provides free shuttle to the beach which is about 5km away. We did an evening run to the beach which took us only 30 minutes. Along the way you get to see paddy fields , hotels and a beautiful river! Alternatively you can cycle there too!

Everything! The staff. The location. The breakfast spread. The environment. The spa. Massive value for money. 11 out of 10!

Nothing! It was a fantastic place to stay!

Our party of 4 were picked up at the Da Nang airport according to the instructions provided by the hotel, all very smooth. As the airport is crowded and many will offer more or less genuine services, this is important. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and comfortable by any standard. A/C seemed to work fine, although not much in need of it. Would recommend that you get a room with a view towards the courtyard / swimming pool, the "outside" view is less charming. Breakfast is great, with fresh bread, cereals, fruit etc. Eggs, omelets, pancakes made to order. Only thing missing is fresh orange juice, but we did not see this except for the most expensive places in Vietnam. Staff is very friendly and forthcoming. Hoi An is a small city, and the hotel is located just next to the market and the old quarters, teeming with life, day and night. The hotel has a convenient shuttle bus to their "cousin" on the beach, the Hoi An Beach Resort. All in all an excellent stay and good value for money.

Great outdoor swimming pool, used it every day. However, the gym is a joke. Not much kit and in poor condition.

Room next to the road can hear vehicle & people talking noise.

Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great! Beautiful garden and swimeng pool.

Paper walls!!!! Once can hear every breath from the next room!!! Yes also late night and early morning “celebrations”... Maybe some piople likes it... The hotel staff confirmed that all the all rooms are with the same problem so it will be no use to change room... (I stayed 5 nights, at least the next room guests changed...::)) Breakfast – No orange juice … Room service – stop at 23:00... Mosquito's site! Be prepared with good anti mosquito's products. Old furniture and in general, the hotel rooms need to be renovated...

Clean and nice room. Good facilities. Hotel grounds a quiet place to relax and enjoy a cool drink outdoors. Good breakfast. Short walking distance to ancient town.

Quite spacious room, nice bathtub in the higher category room

Although we got a free upgrade we were first located in a parterre room next to the pool were the windows "closed" with a great gap so that the room was invaded by moscitos. On our demand we got relatively easy a room on a higher level where the (construction-related) gap was still existing but smaller and no moscitos counts at least... A room of the older buildung was demonstrated before and showed a dim place exposed to a noisy school yard...luckily we insisted successfully in another option mentioned above. We enjoyed the final room which included a really nice in-room bathtub and good bedding until the very early morning when workers started their street-construction-work above our window which gave us the impression of hard machines and trucks crossing our room so that our sleep ended 7am. The staff told us something about a road to be finshed before the beginning of the next moon year but we neither had the energy to get our stuff packed another time to change the room nor waited until the exposed date... Breakfast is mediocre but somehow ok. Service non-existing whilst rushhours at breakfast time. We still enjoyed our stay as it is an affordable option and the location is rather good.

Nice, colonial type hotel, placed near the touristic atractions of Hoi An. Large and high rooms with impresive dark colour massive furniture. A gorgeous breakfast both English and Asian to choose from. The pool might be a nice place in summer.Thehotel has a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach.

Do not consider to use the mini-bar. Prices are 5 times the one in town. Allthou the booking was guaranteed they ask me at check-in to pay in advance.

Everythings was perfect ! Very quiet place in the center of Hoi An.

House keeping done extremely quickly ....

Lovely setting, nice gardens and pool and very close to everything in Hoi An. We found this hotel very relaxing to stay inane excellent value for money
