Holiday Hotel is the best place I have stayed in Vietnam. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always smiling...nothing was too much for them. The little extras make all the difference, rose petals on my bed and a single rose on my pillow...fruit and biscuits for you take throughout the day...water on tap all day...really does make a difference. The location for me was great... I cannot think of one thing I disliked about the hotel!!!! |

It was great; friendly helpful staff, great location, clean, comfortable, great value for money $20, exceeded my expectations after some disappointments elsewhere in Vietnam and in this case (unlike some others in Vietnam) the other positive feedback from prior guests are likely all genuine. |

The hotel was very central. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even asked us to join us for lunch one day. Always a great experience in a new country. |

the friendliness of the staff was excellent...i would recommend this hotel to anyone, it also has a great location...close to the citadel the only thing was the brekkie was a little small |

It's just excellent in everything..and that for a unbelievable low price! there was no 'buffet' breakfast as was told, but a normal breakfast |

Les chambres très propres et confortables, la situation de l'hôtel (dans une ruelle interdite à la circulation mais toute proche des rues animées), le prix (raisonnable). Bref, l'hôtel en lui-même. Des petits problèmes dans l'évacuation de la douche (sol de la salle de bains régulièrement mouillé). Le personnel, gentil mais un peu collant. La tentative d'arnaque de la réception sur le prix des excursions proposées (exorbitant) et les petites tentatives de modification du prix de la chambre ou de la laverie. Soyez vigilants sur les factures, mais sinon c'est un très bon hôtel ! |

L'hotel est bien situé, proche de la Cité Impériale. Le personnel est très aimable et facilite l'organisation des visites touristiques. 2 pc sont à disposition dans le hall. Une sélection de dvd à emprunter dans les chambres |

L'accueil des jeunes qui tiennent cette hotel, qui essaie de parler français, qui ont envie de faire de leur mieux. Bravo. Petit détail; pas d'eau chaude pour la douche. |
