Thuận tiện cho việc đi lại tham quan Cát Bà và có cơ sở vật chất tốt ... Không có wifi, bộ phận phục vụ phòng làm việc quá chậm và không được sạch sẽ, bữa sáng không có nhiều sự lựa chọn và đồ ăn quá chán ...

La vue sur la baie, la tranquilité un peu à l'écart de l'agitation du centre ville, son service. La literie en premier chef trop dure, grand besoin d'être changée. Le service de restaurant ou si on arrive à l'heure européenne le choix reste trés limité.

Gần khu vực trung tâm, thuận tiện cho việc đi tắm đối với những gia đình có con nhỏ đi cùng. Bữa ăn sáng nói chung là chưa đáp ứng với chuẩn 3 sao, thái độ phục vụ của quản lý nhà hàng rất tồi, trong kinh doanh có câu nói " Khách hàng là Thượng đế" nhưng đối với khách như tôi ở phòng 302 từ ngày 16 đến ngày 19 có ăn sáng ba bữa tại khách sạn thì một ngày phải đi xin đĩa để đựng thức ăn và một ngày phải đi xin cốc để uống nước thì hỏi như thế có phải là "Thượng đế" chưa! Nhưng ngược lại Tôi cũng xin biểu dương thái độ phụ vụ của đội ngũ nhân viên dọn phòng cũng như lễ tân rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện.

Very Central. Hard Bed, Staff ist not das friendly like in other Cities in Vietnam. Difficult to rent a Trip, the Description ist not that wat u get, but it was our luck! It was more than in the Description

Cảnh vịnh Lan Hạ từ ban công và cửa kính rất đẹp. Đồ nội thất và sàn nhà bằng gỗ tạo cảm giác ấm áp. Khá đầy đủ tiện nghi, đồ dùng. Khăn tắm, khăn mặt không mềm mại mà khá là cứng. Không có chăn, chỉ có ga phủ vào giường bình thường mang ra làm chăn đắp. Rất là cứng, đắp chăn không có cảm giác mềm mại. Sàn gỗ vẫn còn hơi bụi.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Bonne vue sur la baie si la chambre se trouve du bon coté et aux étages supérieurs. Grande chambre. Hôtel triste et impersonnel, trop grand pour cette île.
