The location was very convenient. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. The staff were lovely, extremely helpful and even packed our breakfast to take away when we had to get to the airport early. On the eighth floor during a rain storm it was very loud.

Very friendly staff. Clean, large room. 20min walk to the old quarter. Good breakfast. Great wifi. Loud speaker went off early in the morning and in the early evening. Don't know what it was or if it always happens. Very loud.

Large, super clean, air conditioned room with a big bed. But the staff at this hotel are the shining light - they were incredibly professional, friendly and couldn't do enough for their guests - they were an absolute delight. Room cleaned each day and fresh towels. I was expecting breakfast to be continental, but was surprised and delighted to see a big breakfast spread. All this for the same price of a backpacker hostel in my home town of Sydney. Great value for money.
