The fact that there was no hot water and the toilet in the main bedroom blocked twice was hard to take cause of the money i paid for the room

I came back because the people were so lovely, friendly, helpful .... Brilliant, quiet, peaceful, comfortable BRIGHT rooms where I could work; all the amenities needed included an iron + ironing board, outside deck with choice of seating, beautiful features in the room; OCEAN-VIEWS - splendid; pool very lovely to swim in; shuttle to Hoi An; Baguette shop for tea + breads;

Menu in nice restaurants a bit expensive and too fancy dishes .... simple food would be nice

Space. I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment with full kitchen and wonderful view of the ocean. Friendly and courteous hotel staff, especially those at the Green House.

The apartment I stayed in was not prperly cleaned and the TV system is not working. Poor maintenance of the supplies. A bit too expensive with the lack of facilities

Staff were amazing - took our stay here from great to fabulous!

Buildings look a little utilitarian in places

The setting was beautiful and it was very close to the beach. The beach was clean and inviting. The facilities were wonderful.

We arrived at the hotel at 1.13pm and our room was not organised until 2.42pm. It's too long wait, and as travellers we were very tired. The room was not cleaned very well. Everything took so long ie. delivery of luggage, order of ice etc. Their service to their clients needs to be faster. We were made to sit in the lobby waiting for our room for way too long.

Staff was fine but not smiling friendly faces. They didnt rent motorcycles from hotel directly so you have to head up the road. Its rather isolated from the rest of Danang, would recommend staying near My Khe beach up the road or within Danang city for a more lively experience. If you want luxury secluded resort, hyatt is good for that.

Each Room has a big balcony with nice view, clean private beach. Delicious Food, we had relaxing & great vacation there. We are planing visit this hotel with other members of my family very soon.

But some tourist groups are loud noise in the hotel, and better to have a basketball court. That will be prefect

swimming pool was great. they provide electronic car for transportation around the hotel.

The hotel was new and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food on the restaurent and room service was good and expected of Hyatt standard. The hotel has carried itself well as a resort to rest and laze around for days. The only setback is the location which was out of the way to anywhere by foot.

三人房间只准备了两个人的个人用品。在客人要过相关物品后依然没有意识到，第二天的物品依然是两人份的。

다낭 리조트 몇개 들어가봤는데 그중 제일 모던디자인이고, 고급스럽습니다 생긴지 얼마 안되어서 깨끗하구요 직원분들도 배려를 너무 잘해줍니다. 어려운점 있으면 직원에게 요청하면 거의 모든 요구를 들어줍니다. 특히 휘트니스의 사우나 와 샤워시실을 무료로 이용할수 있구요 저희는 비행기 시간이 저녁이라 체크아웃 하고 투어 하나하고 들어와서 사우나,샤워시설 이용하고 뽀송하게 비행기 탈수 있었습니다. 인테리어도 너무 맘에 들구요 풀장이용에서도 불편함이 없도록 수건이나 아이스티 제공해줍니다

시내랑 떨어져 있어서 시내 나갈때마다 택시불러서 나가야합니다 마트도 시내에만 있구요 12년기준 택시비 편도 15천원정도. 옆리조트 furama 에서는 다낭시내까지 셔틀이 있더라구요 해양스포츠가 오픈 안되어있습니다 옆리조트 furama 가서 해야됩니다 역시 택시타고 가야합니다. 베트남식 영어 . 발음을 하다마는 것같은 특이한 발음 때문에 좀 못알아듣겟는경우가 있어요 옆에서 보니까 미국사람들도 잘 대화가 안될경우가 있습니다.

아직까지 직원에 대한 서비스 마인드가 부족한 듯함

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency!! It was very relaxing and the staff was absolutely amazing!! We had a massage and I can highly recommend them!! They are worth every penny & the girls in the spa are also wonderful. The terrace bar is also highly recommendable with very nice live music!! The staff just made us feel very welcome and even though it is a very big hotel it has a very personal touch to it. When we arrived we got upgraded and our room was stunning. The beach of the hotel is also sensational, just miles of white sand!! The hotel is also perfectly located for day trips to hoi an, they offer a free bus too.

We stayed at a 2br residence which actually is a fully fledged stylish apartment. It had splendid views of the beach. We loved it!

Sometimes the staff is a bit unresponsive.

Nice Resort and nice staff

We were facing everyday absolutely unprofessional stuff and low service level. Every query and every contact with the staff of the hotel on different levels, starting from the service personnel, reception and managers called a big stress. The personnel of the hotel is not enough smart how it is meant to be in the hotel of this category. Thus we could not enjoy the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel itself and the atmosphere is very cold and unpleasant. Prices in the restaurant and spa are 10 times higher than in the city. I would strongly recommend not to stay there.

立地的にも空港からタクシーで約20分、施設環境も、家族連れには抜群でした。子供もプールには喜んでいま- した。他の5スタークラスは行ったことないですが良いのではと思います。クラウンプラザへランチのため比較- がてら寄ったのですが雰囲気が全くダメで、ハイアットにして良かったと思いました。

5スターホテルの割にはスタッフの教育がなっていなかった。例えば、タクシー到着後に荷物を下してくれない- とか、子供のスリッパーを電話で要求しても一回で持ってこないとか等々。ただ中身は親切なスタッフばかりと- 感じたので、単に、5スタークラスのホテル側の教育が行き届いていないのかと判断します。
