The staff at indochina Hanoi were excellent!Very friendly and helpful. We were cheated by the taxi driver and the staff at indochina Hanoi helped us in dealing with the taxi driver. The room is really great, very spacious and clean. The computer in the room is a great bonus. We had a great time in this hotel and would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends. |

Had a good time in indochina ha noi , frantic city, millions of motorbikes but good experience. Would recommend this hotel for the good location in the old citadel. Tours to visit Sapa or Halong Bay can also be booked at the hotel. The room was very clean and espacious with a mini bar and computer linked to internet, very convenient. |

The service at this hotel is 4-star worthy! The rooms are cute and clean, but the service! Wow. The Man Mannager at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly and spoke great English. There were no hidden or extra charges for any of their services. If you're looking for a great deal on a room in a great location and service that's unbeatable, stay at the indochina hotel. |

The three of us had a very pleasant stay at the indochina Hotel for four nights. We found the clean hotel value for money besides the friendly and helpful Ms hanh and her wonderful staff. The hotel is well located, close to the Water Puppet Theatre and shopping areas. The breakfast is substantial and we found the banana pancake and pho delicious. I highly recommend the traveler. |

It is the best hotel that we have ever stayed in Ha Noi Vietnam.The location is realy nice and quite,close to everything: banks, bars, coffe shop, restaurants,...The room is very clean with cozy atmostphere. All staffs are friendly and helpful,(Mr Giang was helpful He has booked good tour for us) . Alot of laugh when you stay here. hight recommend .We will come back again. |

We spend 1 night in INDOCHINA HOTEL. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They assisted us in booking in Halong Bay before we even arrived. Everytime we were in the reception area we were warmly greeted like old friends. Our room was very clean, quite large, and it was great having a computer in our room. We enjoyed the fresh fruit. We comment fot alot of friends. We will come back |

We was Staying in the INDOCHINA Hotel was really great, the staff was extremely helpful and really took good care of us. Also the Halong Bay trip booked through the hotel was money's worth. I would like to thank the staff again and I really recommend INDOCHINA HOTEL for other travellers! |

Friendly staff ,very helpful manager ,good location ,near many restaurants,we can get to the hoan kiem lake about 5 min by walking, we really enjoyed this hotel.,they help us to arrange every tours. We will come back indochina hotel next time. |

Location of Indochina hotil is very good towalk round the old town. There was no window in my room. The room has high humidity. Poor breakfast. |

Location, computer provided in room. The best staff. Amazing price. New rooms. Free wireless Terrible old bathrooms. Provided computer in room's internet didnt work (but our computer did with wireless) |
