最初に案内してくれた女性の態度が悪く、部屋も一階でうるさかったため変更したが手間どっった。この女性の為にイメージが最悪だった。 朝サウナにいったが３日連続温度がぬるすぎ準備不足、さらにスチームサウナがずっと故障していて使えなかった。チェックアウトも通常通り１２時と言われ融通が利かない。 |

食事は最高においしいと思います。イタリア料理、サイゴン料理はとてもおいしいです。朝の朝食は悪くはないですが特別においしいとは思いません。ホーチミンのレジョエントのホテルの朝食が最高においしいと思います。参考にしてください。来年も同じタイプの部屋を予約するつもりです。いつからできるのでしょうか。来年はもっとじょうずに宿泊したいと思います、スポーツクラブはいいです。 日本語の対応ができてほしい。他のホテルと少しシステムが違うので、英語ではよく理解できないことが多かった。結局宿泊費半日分損したように思われます。 |

Good lake front location. Quiet. The view from the lakefront bar is just wonderfull. Good services as you would expect from any InterContinental. Good restaurants within walking distance. |

Perferct service in all aspects; beautiful location in pavillions in the Westlake The concierge mixed up my check-in luggage with a group of other guests and left in a bus, but the concierge manager solved this problem in the most adequate way and my suitcase was delivered to the airport by her personally and I was still in time for checkin-in. Good solution, however they should avoid such situations |

This is an amazing hotel just close enough to the centre to enjoy the hustle and bustle and just far enough to feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. It is a tranquil setting (with the hotel built on the lake) and the rooms are stunning. The sunset bar is a must for chilling out after a hard day sight-seeing! |
