The location was excellent as it was right in the heart of the Old Quarters. Staff were friendly and always smiling. Street traffic was rather loud - wish they had double glazed windows.

The staff is really and helpful. They also do travel agency and can help you book trips around Hanoi like the Perfume pagoda it Halong Bay. Breakfast is included in The rate and all rooms have a safe. The location is great in The heart of The old quarter and everything worth seeing is within 5 to 20 minutes walk.

The room was large and pretty. It was clean (by Asian standards). The wi-fi worked well. The air-con worked well. The location was not bad. The price was reasonable for the area. I checked in about 10:30 am (early flight) and they had a room ready, and didn't say anything about me being early for check-in. Where to start? I think it must have changed hands. The staff's attitude was surly (especially one young man) - they tried to overcharge me on the exchange rate - did an extremely poor job cleaning the room (consistently over 6 nights - even leaving obviously dirty glasses) - the "American" breakfast consisted of one baguette, one egg and powdered coffee or very sweet powdered tea - the in-room breakfast no longer exists - there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom - the bed was typical Vietnamese - hard and uncomfortable - the location is actually not in the main tourist area, but a bit off to one side.

Nous avons apprécié sa situation en plein centre ville, dans le vieux quartier d'Hanoi Baignoire fendue, fuite sous le lavabo, pas de chauffage (appareil ac en panne et 5°c à Hanoi pendant notre séjour), impossible d'obtenir une énde couverture, petit déjeuner médiocre (un bour de pain + une banane)
