Kimdo Royal City Hotel  

Staff was great, very helpful. Could not have been nicer. The room was tremendous, very large, they got me the king size bed I wanted. Tremendous value for the money. Even the gym, a little small, was acceptable for a morning workout. Even have a pool

The floor are not carpeted. You can hear some noise from other rooms.

Beds were quite hard and the toliet leaked

Very good and central location. Service minded staff. Excellent breakfast Very good that we could store extra luggage in the luggage room when we left for two days in the Mekong Delta, even though we were not going to stay any more nights there.

The location is perfect. Staff is friendly and professional. Would stay again.

Nothing to do with the Hotel but the river cruise was not worth the money. The Cuchi tunnels was excellent. Saigon needs a place (website) something to find out what's happening besides tours.

The staff were very polite, helpful and engaging. The room service was really good. And breakfast was awesome.

All the Staffs very kind and willing to help always with a smile.

This is a 3* hotel, not a 4*. The room was really old. Some of the staff could be better. During the weekends the hotel was a wedding event place.

I ragazzi alla reception sono simpaticissimi, abbiamo dimenticato il caricatotore di iPhone, hanno mandato security boy a comprarlo, dopo hanno rimandato seconda volta, perche il primo era rotto )) Ci hanno aiutato di organizzare la macchina fino Mui Ne (nn volevamo andare con il bus). Location e perfetta! Off Top - Vi consigliamo di andare al ristorante Terrase (si trova a 3 min a piedi) - hanno Menu molto deliziosa, posto e molto carino. Dopo 10 giorni al mare a Miu Ne torneremo a Kimdo prima di partire dal questo Paese miraviglioso. Отличное месторасположение, очень дружелюбный staff на рецепшене. можно оставить свои вещи в lock room-е на пару дней, если Вы едете на экскурсию. Собираемся вернуться в этот же отель после отдыха в Муй Не и остановиться на 2 ночи перед возвращением в Москву. Off Top - сходите обязательно в близлежащий ресторан Terrase - очень разнообразная и вкусная кухня! Рядом (соседняя дверь) - супермаркет Tax, на 2 этаже, разнообразные местные деликатесы, кимоно и т.п, местная косметика.

We got room without windows, n 200 - for 1 night is ok, but for 2-3 it's can be terrible. Номер 200 без окна, только с витражом во внутренний дворик, не открывается. Все остальное работало отлично.

kitschiger Baustil, innen und aussen / kleine Zimmer in veraltetem Standart, vor allem Badezimmer (nicht 4 Sternen entsprechend) / jeden Tag totales Chaos am Frühstücks-Buffet, unattraktives Fitnesscenter, für weniger Geld gibt es bessere Hotels in der Gegend

Das Hotel ist im Zentrum von Saigon. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel in dieser Preislage gut gefallen.

Manque internet dans les chambres 2 postes payants dans le hall accès à la piscine très moyen piscine non chauffée salle de bain trop petite

La situation geographique - le petit déjeuner varié ( sauf que le café et le thé sont vraiment mauvais et il manque l'expresso)

la chambre et le mobilier très sombres - le personnel acceuil qui n'est pas très éloquant pour les renseignements

清潔。スタッフがみんな笑顔で感じがいい。朝食がおいしく、ダイニングも広々としている。

排水溝が詰まりやすい。部屋に比べ、バスルームが狭く古めかしい。部屋の照明が暗い。
