Staff was great, very helpful. Could not have been nicer. The room was tremendous, very large, they got me the king size bed I wanted. Tremendous value for the money. Even the gym, a little small, was acceptable for a morning workout. Even have a pool

The floor are not carpeted. You can hear some noise from other rooms.

The location is perfect. Staff is friendly and professional. Would stay again.

Nothing to do with the Hotel but the river cruise was not worth the money. The Cuchi tunnels was excellent. Saigon needs a place (website) something to find out what's happening besides tours.

Cleanliness and interior design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also secure as a room key was needed to enter the corridor for each floor. Location of the hotel is excellent.

The door in our room was damaged and didn't close very well.

Staff were very helpful. I found the bed very hard and as soon as I mentioned this they had housekeeping bring some soft mattress topper put on.

The location was wonderful, especially as the "Tax" shopping centre was located right next door. Fantastic supermarket up stairs.

Central location. Excellent breakfast buffet. Excellent service. We got 3 different rooms in 3 nights, first a Deluxe room at the "disco" side (to be avoided, noisy until 1AM, even with airco on), one at the more quiet side and a free upgrade to a Deluxe suite. We could take a shower in the evening after we checked out before going to the airport.

Hotel staffs are helpful and the location is very good for city tour.

There was renovations in the hotel, and it was terrible! 7am you will hear drilling..and the hotel had the courtesy to say it was next door!!..we went outside and there was nothing going on next door

номер, обозначенный как "премиум делюкс", просто ужас!!! не стоит такой номер 125 usd за ночь! во первых в номере нет окон, как таковых(!), одно окно выходит во внутренний дворик-колодец размером 3х4 метра (это не преувеличение! размер реальный), второе окно-просто декорация,за ним труба и глухая стена.так что света нет вообще и не понятно, что на улице день или ночь. старый раздолбанный кондиционер,нет ни одного российского телеканала,о кровати хочется написать отдельно! это пытка! она не просто жесткая, а каменная!!! мы проворочались всю ночь,наутро встали разбитыми,болело всё!!! мой совет всем-выбирайте другие отели!

Internetverbindingen op de kamers slecht tot zeer slecht. In lobby goed.

とにかくロケーションはいいです。ショッピングに出かけても荷物を一旦置きに戻ったり、休憩しに戻ったりと- 便利な場所にあります。

部屋は１階でした。窓を開けるとコンクリートや砂利やとごみもあったりと観たくない光景。 不快なのでずっとカーテンは閉めたままでした。
