Rooms were attractive Staff were nice
Locks on the door didn't work Private pool with no privacy Overpriced, typical Westernised resort
Located on the beautiful and quiet Ha My beach. Large swimming pool. Great villa. Only a 10 minute drive to Hoi An
The pool side villas were spacious and light. The breakfast was great the beach was nice and the resort was quiet
The bathroom was very dark and had an open sewer smell to it. We couldn't use our pool as it had algae through it and the main pool was quite cloudy. The resort itself needs to be maintained better things are starting to fall apart but the place has a real lovely charm to it, but because of its short comings it needs to price itself better and until it does that it's too much of a rip off you're much better staying at the sunrise for the same price
Were upgraded to a room nearer the beach - the room and bathroom were beautiful, pretty luxurious really. Beach very quiet And relaxing, pool clean. The room was kept V.clean had some spa treatments and they give you Tea And fruit after which was unexpected. The massage and pedicure also very good -massage very relaxing. Expensive for Vietnam but stiññ reasonable compared to European prices.
Only tiny negative was that, quite a lot of the employees didnt speak much english at all. But it was pretty funny when we rang asking to book a pedicure amd they thought we wanted a barbecue, so not a real complaint.
Villa atmosphere. Proximity to Hoi An.
Needs to have a refurbishment of the entire establishment to justify the rate charged. This is definitely a 2-3 star accomodation. Beds were like lying on a block of concrete, pillows were of the poorest quality. Pool area was almost unsafe for the kids with the decking falling apart. Main pools were always murky with algae visible in the villa pools. Simply put, this place would have been marvelous when it was built 10-15 years ago .....but it appears very little money has been spent on it since then in order for it to remain a quality property.
Service was poor
Located right on a beautiful beach with no hassle from hawkers. Spacious Villas and own pool a great bonus for young kids. Easy access by free bus or taxi to Hoi An.
Staff not attentive to guests in pool area (too many hanging around trying to put the day in). Some music / entertainment within the complex would add some atmosphere and liven things up. Bicycles not available for hire within the complex.
the beach, the staf
A little bit poor equipment for a 4* hotel, noting around the hotel
Close to beach
Too far from any where, water leak in bathroom, aircon in room not working( but was repaired),wifi very poor all facilities very dated and in need of repair, very expensive for what you got, restaurant very expensive and small portions In general not value for money and defiantly not a 4* resort more like 2-3
Great location on fantastic quite clean beach and easy access to Hoi An town
Good location and friendly staff.
We stayed for six nights, and the floors of our private villa was not cleaned once! The wifi connection was bad.
The friendly and helpful staff
whole resort a bit run down, pool very hot, not quite 4 star
Charming design. Privacy. Near pleasant beach. Near ATM. Good facilities. Good spa. Fire extinguisher in room. Beautiful greenery.
Leaking sink. -Staff saying meat served was chicken when actually it was pork! I'm a Muslim and I'm forbidden to eat that. -Staff waking me up in two mornings via phonecall pestering for rented motorbike keys to be returned so that another guest can use. I'm still using and paying. Why upset one guest to satisfy another? -Problems with shuttle bus to and fro Hoi An town. Reason why I rented bike for entire duration of my stay. -Staff not well versed in English. There will always be English-speaking guest flow. Use your good english-speaking Filipino staff to good use. Put some of them on the frontline. -Club car driver is not always free or available. Offer bicycles for guests to travel to their respective villas.
their i was there on holiday i tought the houskeeping where nocking on the door a bith early
The grounds were lovely and the villa was pleasant. The maintenance staff were very responsive to requests for repairs. The bus into Hoi An was handy.
We stayed in a seaview villa which had a very strange design - the stairs from the upstairs bedroom led to the bathroom! Advertised as a 2-bedroom villa but it was really 1-bedroom upstairs with 2 beds in the main room. Housekeeping failed to replace/wash up used glasses. Expensive for what you got.
Le Belhamy is a simply stunning hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The big pool by the beach and the beach itself are the perfect places to while away the hours. The shuttle bus into Hoi An town is great, and although it stops at 7pm, it is cheap and easy to get a taxi back. It's location on An Bang beach rather than further down Cua Dai makes it even better. It has a vast stretch of unspoilt coastline, and just a little further down the beach there is a range of restaurants and a wonderful beach bar.
The landscape, the beach facilities and the general environment.
Beach was lovely. Villas were in good locations in grounds.
Air conditioning didn't work and we had to report this three times before it was attended to, and then it broke again the next day. Shower controls were broken. Pool towels were old and frayed. Food selection was poor and unimaginative. Dirty cutlery was left on tables for guests to use.
The family villa with pool is value for money if travelling with family and kids! Great set up and room decor. And thanks to the fo Manager to personally meet us when we only request to change our room arrangement after checking in - to two villas instead of original booking and willing to charge less than!
The in house spa needs more work, from facilities, amenities to staff training, compares to the price that they charged.
The beach was the best part by far.
We booked the best possible room, with a private pool but the accommodation was of a very low standard and is in serious need if an upgrade. The price we payed was similar to other places we stayed in Vietnam but the standard was so much lower. The internet was intermittent, the toilet leaked, the shower smelled, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the cleanliness below par. We noticed that in the three days we stayed there the pool side glass top tables were never cleaned and there were often no beach towels available.
Manager and Reception staff very friendly, polite and helpful .. They were great!!
- Quality of food at the restaurant - Beatiful room but a lot lizard inside (specialy during the night)
The grounds and pools were amazing. Rooms were nice and roomy and private. Spa was excellent value for money. Breakfast was great.
So many reception staff on social media at work when they could have been assisting customers. WiFi is very poor and often unusable in rooms.
Everything. Staff were very helpful and happy, the location was ideal and Vietnam is a great place to explore.
The staff were lovely, a special mention to "Bing", she was the friendliest lady we met and I wish her and her family the very best. She took the time to ask and remember our names, very nice. Also great bar staff, who took the time out to play soccer with our boys. Good clean beach. Nice food. Comfortable accommodation.
Overpriced for the accommodation as the resort is older, needs to be updated to charge those prices. No Wi-Fi in our unit.
Upgraded to villa on arrival. Friendly and accommodating staff. Villa was huge. Two levels with own plunge pool
Very slow wifi
