Located right on a beautiful beach with no hassle from hawkers. Spacious Villas and own pool a great bonus for young kids. Easy access by free bus or taxi to Hoi An.

Staff not attentive to guests in pool area (too many hanging around trying to put the day in). Some music / entertainment within the complex would add some atmosphere and liven things up. Bicycles not available for hire within the complex.

Charming design. Privacy. Near pleasant beach. Near ATM. Good facilities. Good spa. Fire extinguisher in room. Beautiful greenery.

Leaking sink. -Staff saying meat served was chicken when actually it was pork! I'm a Muslim and I'm forbidden to eat that. -Staff waking me up in two mornings via phonecall pestering for rented motorbike keys to be returned so that another guest can use. I'm still using and paying. Why upset one guest to satisfy another? -Problems with shuttle bus to and fro Hoi An town. Reason why I rented bike for entire duration of my stay. -Staff not well versed in English. There will always be English-speaking guest flow. Use your good english-speaking Filipino staff to good use. Put some of them on the frontline. -Club car driver is not always free or available. Offer bicycles for guests to travel to their respective villas.

The grounds were lovely and the villa was pleasant. The maintenance staff were very responsive to requests for repairs. The bus into Hoi An was handy.

We stayed in a seaview villa which had a very strange design - the stairs from the upstairs bedroom led to the bathroom! Advertised as a 2-bedroom villa but it was really 1-bedroom upstairs with 2 beds in the main room. Housekeeping failed to replace/wash up used glasses. Expensive for what you got.

Le Belhamy is a simply stunning hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The big pool by the beach and the beach itself are the perfect places to while away the hours. The shuttle bus into Hoi An town is great, and although it stops at 7pm, it is cheap and easy to get a taxi back. It's location on An Bang beach rather than further down Cua Dai makes it even better. It has a vast stretch of unspoilt coastline, and just a little further down the beach there is a range of restaurants and a wonderful beach bar.

Beach was lovely. Villas were in good locations in grounds.

Air conditioning didn't work and we had to report this three times before it was attended to, and then it broke again the next day. Shower controls were broken. Pool towels were old and frayed. Food selection was poor and unimaginative. Dirty cutlery was left on tables for guests to use.

The family villa with pool is value for money if travelling with family and kids! Great set up and room decor. And thanks to the fo Manager to personally meet us when we only request to change our room arrangement after checking in - to two villas instead of original booking and willing to charge less than!

The in house spa needs more work, from facilities, amenities to staff training, compares to the price that they charged.

The beach was the best part by far.

We booked the best possible room, with a private pool but the accommodation was of a very low standard and is in serious need if an upgrade. The price we payed was similar to other places we stayed in Vietnam but the standard was so much lower. The internet was intermittent, the toilet leaked, the shower smelled, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the cleanliness below par. We noticed that in the three days we stayed there the pool side glass top tables were never cleaned and there were often no beach towels available.

The grounds and pools were amazing. Rooms were nice and roomy and private. Spa was excellent value for money. Breakfast was great.

So many reception staff on social media at work when they could have been assisting customers. WiFi is very poor and often unusable in rooms.

The staff were lovely, a special mention to "Bing", she was the friendliest lady we met and I wish her and her family the very best. She took the time to ask and remember our names, very nice. Also great bar staff, who took the time out to play soccer with our boys. Good clean beach. Nice food. Comfortable accommodation.

Overpriced for the accommodation as the resort is older, needs to be updated to charge those prices. No Wi-Fi in our unit.

Before I start, it is important to remember that I am writing about 4-start hotel were the cheapest room costs more than $100. Again….4-star hotel with the cheapest room over $100. It is important to know that I have been living in Vietnam for 6 years and traveled around Asia a lot, saw and lived in variety of hotels from “no star” to “5-stars”. This hotel definitely a 4-stars disaster. 1. Check in The hotel had several building blocks. Despite that all of them were available we got the room in the oldest block initially. Musty, dark room, almost each wooden details touched by fungus; air-conditioner blew directly to the bad, which can quickly lead to cold. Reception pretended not to understand our issues so we had to look around ourselves. Available rooms could be easily spotted by open doors – musty rooms need 8-hour natural ventilation every day. After 20 minutes of walking we got an idea of old blocks and new blocks, looked inside some open rooms and found one which were not as musty as others and where were not so much fungus. We went to reception and demanded to move us to that room. Reception staff agreed and they asked 2(!) hours to move 2 suitcases and 1 extra bed from one room to another (50 meters). They explained that room need to be prepared. While we were looking around the hotel, we spotted a number of people (at least 8 women) who looked like housekeeping staff (based on tools they had), which were sitting, talking, laughing. It was obvious that hotel management cared about them (staff) and didn’t force them to work much. Finally, after 2 hours of waiting, our luggage was moved and we finally checked into our room. 2. Rooms During 6 days we looked inside many rooms, talked to hotel guests and compiled list of typical problems/complains (valid 100% for our room): - Fungus everywhere. Plenty of wooden and even stone surfaces are touched by fungus. - Floor is freezing. During all our years in Asia we never put on sneakers.

    - fast speed internet - housekeeping always changed towels quickly - allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier

Stayed 2 nights with a child after moved from Pullman hotel (which is 15 min drive from Le Belhamy). This is a 4star hotel with the cheapest room over 100$. I will first list things which were most annoying during our stay: - no light in the shower room and toilet - no shower shelf and you have to put the soap which has dimensions 2*1*0.2cm on the floor and it gets all soaked up and too soft to be used again - after you take the shower the water runs directly to the toilet so you end up wiping that water every time - breakfast is a disaster with regards to both layout of the "feeding station" (can't find a better description for that area) and the food itself: the tables outside stand on the slope so when sitting you "naturally" leaning downslope. Tables are shaking and tablecloth were way too shabby. Presentation of the food is terrible - almost always containers were empty and we needed to ask staff to refill them. There was no choice of food whatsoever (unless you deem grilled tomato and Vietnamese style noodles a great choice).

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Grounds were beautiful, and very tidy. Communal pool was good, with plenty of room. Private pool villa was large, clean and very comfortable, with a decent sized pool and sitting area. The shuttle bus to Hoi An was quite frequent, and punctual. Restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced.

We were in a one bedroom unit with private pool. I specifically requested in advance that we have one of the most private units, as as well as celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, we had just finished a two week motorbike tour of Rajasthan, and wanted to relax and peacefully unwind after the rigours of India. Although there appeared to be plenty of vacant private pool units, we were given one right next door to one which was having renovations carried out on it The noise wasn't overly loud, but hammering began early, and there were often quite a few ladies sitting around under the trees talking very loudly to each other (doing some sort of garden work I think). I am not suggesting they don't have the right to do this, but it seems strange to put us next to them. The concept of "privacy" seems a bit alien to Le Belhamy. The private pool units do have a fence around it, but the front fence is picket, so doesn't afford much privacy. There also seems to be a continuous stream of people through the unit grounds - pool cleaners, gardeners, etc. (A "privacy" sign can be put on the front door so the room cleaners wait until occupants are ready before cleaning takes place.) The grounds have a front and back gate, but I was continually shutting them to afford more privacy, but these were always left open by workers. Workers somewhere nearby had the radio on from 5.45 am on a few mornings.

Lovely beach and close enough to Hoi An town by shuttle bus, or could get taxi.

We booked 4 adults and one baby. It was advertised as two bedrooms, but the second room was just part of the living area with twin beds in it. For the money we paid there should be two proper bedrooms not a bed sitting room. The hotel is also very popular with tour groups which as independent travellers I don't particularly like. But all in all it was a good stay.
