Hanoi Liberty Hotel  

Manager Anna was superb, Thanh Chu was excellent. Both girls would not do enough for you. Cleaner & Breakfast cook lovely. Thanh is very knowledgeable regarding trips and tour operators. Would recommend to anyone.

Night Watchman was creepy and unhelpful.

The rooms got characters. Its comfortable and the staff are awesome. They try their best to entertain the guest.

The decorative runner and pillow on the bed were very dirty and stained. It was very noisy in the toom because it was so close to the road.

Excellent Hotel in Old Quarter of Hanoi, superb location, staff very helpful and friendly, lovely spacioous room, good value for money. Buffet breakfast was excellent. I cannot fault this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my 1 night stay there.cheap hotel but very good service.i mark high quality for this hotel.

I have been to Hanoi 22timesand have always stayed in 3* accomodation, but for financial reasons booked a room at the Liberty. It has beeh agreat stay, and although it is not the "Ritz", it was a warm and friendly, the staff were brilliant and with a/c, large tv and hot water what more could you ask for. I know that i will always look for cheap accomodation now and as long as it had the same facilities as the liberty I would jump at it, after all this is Hanoi and a room is only for sleeping in!

You can't have everything with a room so cheap..... but an elevator would have been nice.

two thumbs up for the 2 lady receptionists who were helping us out making holiday in its most perfect one.

Staff is excellent. Besides main purpose they organized transfer from airport and back and excellent travel to Ha Long bay for funny money. We've attended 8 countries for this trip and Vietnam became for us Number 1. Cheap hotel doesn't mean cheap services and cheap attitude.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful.

The female staff were very approachable and helpful. Bed was comfortable. And hotel location was walking distance to the main attractions in Hanoi.

There was a power cut at 3am lasting right through until after our check out time of midday, which meant a hot uncomfortable nights sleep due to the air con not working. And across the road we could hear banging all night from people trying to sort the power cut. The bed sheet also had a few marks on it.

It was cheap and is near to the city centre.

The room has some water on the walls and the shower is not that well. They don't have 24h reception (but on this site they say they have). They charge extra for creditcard payments and if you want to pay in Vietnamese Dong instead of usd, than they use an absurd exchange rate. When we left in the early morning, there was no breakfast (but this was included). They gave us less than 1 usd to compensate. The good thing is that they apoligize afterwards by e-mail.

Very good hotel for guests who would like to stay in hanoi for a good price. I spent there 7 nights, staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I booked 2 trips from Liberty hotel to Sa pa and Ha long, and both was amazing. If I come back to Hanoi one more time I definitely stay in Liberty Hotel.

I speak very highly of the staff of the Hanoi Liberty Hotel. They provide an excellent service in a very friendly manner. We witnessed one of the staff going above and beyond the call of duty when a tourist left for the airport leaving behind their passports, despite the staff asking them if they had the, before they left. Excellent Excellent Excellent staff service.

Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm khu vực buôn bán nên hơi ồn.

La ducha tenía buena presión. Una de las tres personas era muy simpática.

El masivo ataque a las 6 de la mañana cuando llegamos reventados con su afán por vender un tur que repetidas veces dijimos que no. Por suerte solo reservamos solo una noche para experimentar. Al final hacemos nuestro tur con otro hotel que tienen mucho más estiló y tacto a la hora de vender. Teníamos prevista una habitación con cama doble y al llegar a la habitación resultò ser dos camas chicas. Reclamamos y nos chamuyaron.

хорошее расположение. 2 минуты от Озера Возвращенного меча. до мавзолея Хошимина вполне реально дойти пешком.девушки на ресепшен очень милые. за 17 долларов встретят в аэропорту. хорошая цена. для 1 ночи - вполне,тем более ресепшен помогает, как может.

ну 1-нет лифта,узкая винтовая лестница.2-состояние комнаты -все старое, ванна грязная. в раковине была огромная дырка,белье не первой свежести. 3-завтрак - готовиться в каморке прямо при вас - гигиена полный ноль.
