Hotel location is closed to all places for city attractions. Thesense of urgency of hotel staffs, even they are polite but they didn't seems to care what we expect or request from them, such as we informed them that we need to catch the tour urgently and would like to pay and reserved for another night when we returned to the city. They still insisted for us to fill all the reservation form, which actually the same information they already have on hands, also the rate is very unreasonable. The different staffs informed diffrent rate, so we wonder about their standard rate |

Location. Easy to walk to most of the maintian things to visit and see in Saigon. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. |

The hotel staff was very welcoming when we arrived at the hotel early morning and accomodating as well..I Was referring to the man in the reception was very courteous. When we checked out we were told by the bell boy that we can leave our baggage at the luggage and they will take care of it without any extra charge while we go for a last minute shopping and stroll outside the park while waiting for our flight at midnight. |

The Bellhops are very informative and give good suggestions. The location is excellent with many food outlets in the vicinity.The front staff are helpful and agree to our request for a change of room to higher floor as I have two young kids and a quiet room is conducive to their sleep. The noise from the traffic along the main street, despite our request for change of room from 3rd floor to 4th floor. |

The room is very spacious and a pleasant place to stay. Hotel staff are very courteous and friendly. - Drinkable water is not provided. At times a bit noisy. |

The hotel has an execelent personal service and really confortable rooms.Is really well located. There's a club at first floor that has really loud music until 12 o'clock. After 12 no problems to sleep |

The front of house staff were wonderful - always attentive and friendly, and willing to give good advice. Great location - though the front rooms do have traffic noise. Traffic noise in the front room - though the view across the parkland perhaps makes up for this |

Efficient staff. Could check in 6 o clock in the morning.Had to pay half day extra. good location near city centre district 1. Staff speaks english Restaurant is o.k. for breakfast but for dinner not good enough for this hotel. Things from the menue not available. No aircon. Constatntly the terrible noice of an oldfashioned printer |

good breakfast was included. staff friendly. was a convient location to the tourist district. close for tour booking companies. rooms a bit old - needs a refirb. very loud traffic for the rooms facing the main road. |

Our sleeper bus from Nha Trang stopped just across the street - very convenient. Hotel staff was very helpful, would let us to check-in at 10AM. Breakfast was very good. WiFi was not functional for most of our stay, but their IT staff was working on it - hopefully it is repaired by now. |

It's location, central, opposite a park which was a nice green outlook and not too congested. The room was very spacious and the request for a balcony was followed up and staff were flexible to provide this. |
