The location. The breakfast.

The room: very cheap floor (linoléum), smell of humidity. No intimacy : everyone can see inside the room. The swimming pool isn't deep enough to swim

Lovely place, well designed, lovely gardens, very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff, close to the centre of Hoi An yet far enough away to be less busy. Lovely restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Only a little noise carry over from the next door bathroom to our suite other wise all perfect. Wine list could be better but this was typical for all Vietnam.

Everything! It is a beautiful oasis In a great location. The food was delicious and we really appreciated the little samples we were given at poolside. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Could have one with an extra bar of soap and maybe some light or a candle by the bathtub!

This is the only resort that is within walking distance into beautiful and historic Hoi An. The rooms are very well designed, setup and maintained. Love the lounges right outside each room as well. The staff are really attentive and knowledgeable too. The pool area is very nicely decked out and bar staff are very quick with service. The whole atmosphere of the resort is very relaxing and just far enough from the madness of town. We also took the free bike for hotel guest to ride to the beach and the local rice field. Breakfast room was open and sunny overlooking the river and you can even ask for a personal boat cruise breakfast (cost extra). Overall really good and well maintained property with very well trained staff! Highly recommended.

We had a garden view on the top floor (330) and the only complain I have is that the WiFi hardly work from there..

The water in the swimming pool is a bit cold for this time of the year

best position, clean modern with classic architecture,

the pool is not deep enough to swim... just 1-1.5M deep. Good for children but useless for adults.

Beautiful surrounds. Great check in area and service. We were hot and worn out when we arrived and very much appreciated the cold hand/face towel and cold drink provided on arrival. Breakfast was nice and in a lovely location.

Was a little hard to find but a local kindly helped us out. Stayed in twin room with a friend and doors between living space and bathroom were see through. We only stayed one night, would have happily stayed many more.

Very nice and well kept

I asked for late checkout, in the booking stage, only to be disappointed in the end.

Convenient to Hoi An Old Town and shopping

Loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast, the location, the rooms, the staff, the pool! It's located right next to the river a short walking distance away from the heart of the Old Town so you don't get all the noise. Free bikes also so you can explore Hoi An. Spa is great too, my massage was fantastic.

I loved the decor , design and spacious nature of the rooms. We dined in the restaurant on several occasions at night and found the food delightful. The staff were friendly and ever so helpful to us in finding a solution with our flight cancellation. Would definately recommend and stay again. Tried the day spa and it was fantastic also.

Can't think of anything other than the coffee at breakfast. A little room there for improvement.

The staff is really frindly, serviceminded and hospital. Great place to stay.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with a lovely outlook. Also a very quiet and serene environment perfect for relaxing.

Did not like the glass bathroom doors. They are not soundproof and through the night the light disturbed anyone who was sleeping.

The ambience of the resort is lovely, very casual and relax and wonderful helpful staff. Beautiful and secluded location right at the river and yet so close to all the action, shopping and sights of the beautiful Hoi An township. Great pool and spa.Fantastic room which was clean and fresh every day.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like about the resort.

Cant fault it

Great location and wonderful standard of facilities and service.

The resort was beautifully maintained and the rooms and decor just lovely. Perfect location just a five minute walk to the old town. Close enough to walk but once there you felt tucked away from it all. Breakfast was amazing. Spa was good though expensive. Will definitely return

Cant really fault it. The pool is very shallow and a bit small for the size of the resort. The price of the suites is a bit high considering we had our last night in a standard room for $70 cheaper and the only difference was no river view and no bath. Everything else the same.

Great location, great ambience, peaceful and quiet while walking distance from old town. Charming colonial style architecture.

Hotel tours are overpriced though this is expected. Get them from old town.

The hotel was very clean and well managed. It was priced to cater for a more mature age group and fulfilled it's function well.

It could do with a small gymnasium.

the room is comfortable , the resort is quiet , so I can enjoy full rest at weekend . Location is good , close to Hoi An ancient town . Swimming pool is comfortable .

the area to take shower has no curtain , water is spread during showering which made the bathroom wet .

Life Heritage resort is great and location is excellent if you want to be close to Hoi An, the resort is 5 to 10 minutes walking from the city historic center. Facilities are clean, staff is very helpful and rooms are big, clean and very nice. Breakfast was also really good, totally recommend this resort!

Room is nice, very nature design. Bicycle is free for rental, can explore Hoi An in a very easy way.

The staff very helpful from moment of arriving. The accommodation was very comfortable,we were located near the pool and opposite the river which was great. The location was perfect,restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and good, to have choices of local food as well as continental. On arrival we had a late evening meal which was also.delicious. Having free WI FI was important when travelling with teenagers!
